Badrizar watches Kroneker's slinking toward the unknown, and he decides to create a distraction. The cleric, speaking softly, uses thaumaturgy to generate the sound of ominous whispers in a place within range that would lead the fog-shrouded strangers away from Kroneker. Badrizar will allow the magical sound he has created to continue until it is no longer of any use.
Upon hearing the voices Selthar moves back quickly(no stealth) towards Kroneker staying about 15 feet away from where the goblin is hiding. Selthar unties the rope and tosses it away. Selthar draws his rapier tells Badrizar "Hide." He then strikes a pose as if walking towards the aggressive voices and completely freezes.
Spoiler for DM:
I am trying to confuse them and possibly get a surprise round. I don't think this is going to end without a fight. Also, with my distraction, they may not notice Badrizar and Kroneker. After the possible surprise round, I will attempt to use cunning action to disengage and move back to Badrizar trying to pull them into position to give Kroneker opening for anything he wants to do. I will also draw one of my daggers to use in my off-hand if I do not have to use my cunning action to disengage and reposition that round. My goal is to always have my hits be sneak attacks. Well, at least one a round if I end using my bonus action with my dagger.
On to my hiding in plain sight/performance. Not sure how you want to handle it so I'll just put both up here if you want to use these rolls:
Edit: It did not do the -1 for the performance for some reason. It should be 13. When they get into sight and we have descriptions I will evaluate if I want to play this off some other way or continue with the stabby stabby method.
Four humanoids hustle into view of Selthar within twenty seconds, with short and dirty black hair and yellow-brown skin, almost five feet tall, and wearing smooth, well made bone armor. In place of metal, their weapons are also made of smooth bone, also well made. The closest holds a mace and small shield, motioning the others to spread when they see Selthar. The furthest labors to catch up behind the first with a bardiche, the one on the right (closer to Kronegar) bearing a battleaxe in both hands, and the opposite carries an estoc. They slow as they spread, each staying fifteen feet from each other, the one in back coming right up behind the lead. The leader motions the others to halt as he walks cautiously closer to Kroneker, at twenty feet, speaking. "You hear that? It sounds like voices." "What is that thing? Is it valuable?"the one in back asks. The leader stops at fifteen feet. "An automaton. It looks cursed-"
The ruse is working. They fail to notice Kroneker, and presuming Badrizar stays out of sight... you have the initiative for surprise or otherwise. It appears they left the bag behind, though it probably won't be hard to find if you choose to go straight for it.
Badrizar has heavy concealment with the haze, and easily remains undetected at 40 feet, merely staying still by a tree, its girth more than enough on its own. Seeing the targets take not-quite-hostile action, Kroneker makes his way over the the bag, where the other group was. A quick glance inside reveals it to be a small sack of assorted jewelry of varying value, some of it smeared by blood. It wouldn't be hard to carry, but to do so quietly could prove a challenge. Even as Kroneker looks into it, he too easily hears the group continue.
"...how did it end up here? Look around. Don't get close." The leader stays where he is, looking Selthar over. He eyes the rapier for a long moment. The other three hardly meander, and he looks the warforged in the face, shaking his head after a moment. "What were you after? What's got you spooked?" He turns, looking down the hill where Selthar faces, shaking his head again. "Alright, let's wake him up like others." The leader sheathes his sword, and reaches for a throwing axe on his side.
(They're completely unaware of Kroneker and Badrizar, still. Another stealth check at disadvantage to move the jewelry, either way he can make it back to within sight of Selthar just before this happens if he moves right back.)
Seeing the guy reaching for the axe, coupled with the blood in the bag...his intention is clear. And so is Kroneker's - kill the enemy.
Initiative roll: 32
Crossbow attack against the nearest enemy: 25 Damage: 8
After firing, Kroneker will use the resulting confusion to move 30 feet aside and hide: 24
Explanation: Revised Ranger allows me advantage on initiative rolls, and during my first turn I have advantage on attacks against those who haven't acted yet. After attacking, as a goblin I can hide as a bonus action.
Edit: Didn't know 2d20 and advantage stack on each other. I'll just leave it as is to not risk "rolls have been tampered with" warning, let the DM decide which initiative roll to use.
Seeing that Kroneker has set the wheels of battle in motion, Badrizar joins the fray. Using a two-pronged strategy, he creates a spiritual weapon in the form of a mace that he looses upon the axe-wielding chap (Melee attack: 6 | Causes 4 force damage, if successful).
Badrizar then charges forward, shield in one hand and mace in the other, and swings for the skull of the first target in range (Melee attack: 20 | Causes 4 bludgeoning damage, if successful)
(If I'm understanding Kronker's rolls, he got a combined roll of 26 on initiative, and a combined die roll of 11 on the attack. I'll randomly presume he rolled a 15 with advantage for initiative and a 9 with advantage for the attack. Also giving advantage to all attacks for attacking from 'stealth'.)
Kronker's bolt breaks the silence like thunder, surprising everyone with a jolt. The shot pounds into the back of the bardiche-wielder, throwing a shard of bone and a burst of blood in the air. From Selthar's right, through the haze, Badrizar charges straight for the battleaxe-wielder, swinging down with his mace. The man spins toward him and shields his head with an arm, taking the crushing blow with a wail. Flying through the air above Badrizar, the transparent force mace thrums with power. The man steps aside narrowly, the swing of the mace buzzing with power as it swishes through the air. The man hardly notices Selthar lunge after, the warforged's rapier driving deep into the man's left side below the shoulder.
The leader, still grabbing for his axe in surprise, wheels around looking for where the crossbow shot came from, as does the man with the bardiche. They do not get an action this round.
The man with the bardiche scans for the goblin, taking another powerful thud to his torso. He roars in defiance, moving toward Kronker. Badrizar's force mace slams into the axe-man again, causing him to stagger, when Badrizar follows up with a walloping blow to the side of his head. The man's face caves, and he nearly falls, holding a hand to his crushed jaw. Selthar steps up in another lunge, driving his rapier through the man's chest, toppling him. (Axe man defeated)
The leader draws his shortsword, striding to Selthar. The warforged turns his head to his approach, swiping his rapier to ward him off. The man turns his shield to knock the quick attack aside, then surges close, bringing his body low as he makes two wide swings with the blade (attack vs Selthar: 19 and 10), striking Selthar's midsection once as Selthar hops away (6 damage: Selthar).
The man with the estoc retaliates with the leader (attack vs Selthar: 15). The thrust strikes Selthar's shoulder at hardened leather, slipping off mark.
"Over here! Get the automaton first!" The man with the bardiche disobeys, frantically searching for Kronker. He spots the goblin in the middle of a quick reload, and moves up to him, preparing to strike.
With two opponents attacking him Selthar goes on the defensive. Selthar uses his action to Dodge holding their attention so Badrizar can deliver some damage.
A third bolt from Kroneker batters the man, who picks up his pace into a charge. Badrizar turns his focus to the closer man with the estoc, following his force weapon.
(using +5 to hit, 1d8+3, and +4 to hit, 1d6+2) Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. Attack: 14 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

The force cracks loudly on the fighter's armor, and the dragonkin drives his mace hard onto his torso, breaking bone.
The leader presses his attack on Selthar. (attack vs Selthar, disadvantage: 11/21, and 23/5) He sweeps and thrusts, both missing their mark by Selthar's nimble footwork. Having been hit by the dragonkin, the other turns his attention to Badrizar, trying to fight him off. (attack vs Badrizar: 6) The large blade catches only air. Kroneker readies himself as the man dashes into melee with him.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Selthar uses his Cunning action to Disengage and position himself to gain Advantage vs the estoc holder. Selthar then takes a vicious stab at his opponent.
When Kroneker moves, he avoids a wide sweep from the bardiche, turning to fire. The bolt shatters through the chest piece, piercing through the creature's heart and killing him nearly instantly. (Bardiche bearer defeated) Kroneker now stands 90 feet from the others.
The estoc-man's frantic defense falters under Badrizar's persistent assault, and when the force hammer strikes a knee, he bends to be struck hard on the head by the dragonkin. While he reels from the attack, Selthar punches the fighter's backside to crack the bone armor and quickly thrust his weapon, easily shattering the fractured armor and ending the man's life. (Estoc bearer defeated)
The leader scowls at the two, then turns to run into the haze, disappearing as heads toward the sun, horizontal along the hillside.
