"I do not think it is possible for him to outrun me. I do not suspect he is a threat to us at least. At this point, I hear no more combat. Let us find Kroneker and search these murderers." Selthar says. "Once we are regrouped we can decide on if we track down the leader."
Selthar begins to search the estoc wielder and ax wielder while letting out a high pitched loud whistle. He will continue to whistle till Kroneker shows up.
It takes Kroneker about 20 seconds to make it back, hiffing and puffing from all the running. He takes a glance around, counting the bodies. "1...2...3 back there...hey! Where the last guy?!" Kroneker barks, curses, and starts running to the bag of bloody jewelry he saw earlier.
"You had one job, damn it! Kill enemies! One job!"
The bone armor, while well crafted, is quite inferior to metal equivalent, nearly worthless by your measure. The weapons at closer inspection are much better, even as novelty items could sell for far more on your home world normal versions. Practically, they are lighter, sharper, and harder, but require a little more careful use as they're more brittle. They carried a total of 30 gp, six days worth of odd rations, and an exquisite jeweled rod (2 lbs).
The bag of jewelry has dozens each of gold coins, rings, necklaces, earrings, circlets and more of varying quality, looking to be worth hundreds of gold- enough for any of you to retire on. It weighs 12 pounds, and when carried, confers a disadvantage to stealth.
The trail of the leader is easy to make out on the forest floor with the added benefit that he also has the same effect as you do on the time phenomenon- you could hear him for quite a ways in the silence of the still forest.
Selthar says "Very well. Badrizar, if Kroneker is intent on hunting the leader down stay with him. I will catch up quickly."
Selthar then dumps the bag of jewels and gold into his backpack and quickly loots the gold from the bodies. He also puts the estoc and axes into his backpack. Once that is done he turns to his companion's trail and uses his BonusAction to Dash and his Actionto Dash giving him a movement of 90 to catch back up to them.
OOC: I could not find estoc in the equipment. As far as D&D goes I assume it most closely resembles a rapier. Until told otherwise I will list it as bone rapier under my equipment.
Kronker chases the sound of the leader, catching sight of him after only 2 minutes of pursuit (1200 feet). You've gone down hill, but still in a forest. He is winded, almost not noticing Kroneker come up behind him.
"*huff* Son of a..."he shakes his head, stopping to turn and bring his shortsword and shield up. Badrizar follows up into view, stopping behind Kronker. The fighter eyes the goblin's crossbow pointing at him, then Badrizar in the eye, and he holds his sword forward. "You want to kill me, huh?"
Selthar will be almost a minute behind, able to hear them from a good distance.

"Kroneker is the hunter, you're the prey. Don't resist, and Kroneker will make it quick." Bonus action: Slayer's Prey
Initiative: 16
Crossbow attack (with advantage): 19 Damage: 11
Crossbow attack (normal roll): 16 Damage: 6
DM Note: Since I have advantage on my first turn to attack anyone who hasn't acted in initiative yet, and since technically I'm starting the initiative and the enemy hasn't acted in it yet, I made 2 rolls - one with advantage, one normal. Choose which one you wish to use for your ruling if I get to use this feature of mine for this particular attack.
After attacking Kroneker will move back to stand behind Badrizar.
(Initiative: Kroneker- 18, leader- 17, Badrizar- 15. Attack with advantage, it is a new combat, and he acts before the captain.)
The short man forces a yell in defiance, "I'll take one of you with me!" He vainly attempts to block the shot as it punches into his abdomen. Charging at Badrizar, (attack vs Badrizar: 22 and 21) (damage: Badrizar: 7 and 7) he cuts hard into the arm. He wails with his sword a few times, battering against shield and armor, before drawing a burst of the dragonkin's blood to coat the warrior's blade in a thrust. His eyes wide with mad desperation, he keeps in Badrizar's face as he continues swinging.
The man hesitates as a bell sounds, gritting through the necrotic energy assaulting him. (Will: 15) He resists.
Kronker's shot finds its mark, but the man doesn't show signs of slowing yet. The goblin takes cover behind the closest tree.
Still enraged, the leader continues his reckless assault. (attacks vs Badrizar: 9 and 22) (Damage vs Badrizar: 5)The warrior nicks the edge of the shield repeatedly, scoring a shallow but long cut at Badrizar's left leg.

When Selthar catches up to his teammates he will move to whoever is engaged in melee with the leader. If they are still at range he will stand beside whoever is closest to the leader and Ready his rapier attack. (Trigger condition will be when the leader gets in range)
For whichever situation occurs.
Initiative:6
Rapier attack with advantage and Sneak Attack: Attack: 22 Damage: 15
Rapier attack: Attack: 23 Damage: 5
Edit: Lame. I did an edit and added Initiative and then the banner for maniplated rolls came up. If you want me to repost I will.

The warforged hustles up beside Badrizar. The dragonkin's low guttural growl of mixed pain and anger and Selthar's silent martial poise present an intimidating face down to the shorter fighter just out of swinging reach. The man draws a slow breath between his teeth, hardly even reacting to the whistling bolt from Kronker's crossbow. A burst of blood fires from his mouth as the bolt hits his side, but he staggers only once, maintaining his aggressive stance. He coughs, a light spatter of blood shooting from his mouth through his clenched teeth. Without moving his jaw, he speaks softly with a mild gurgle. "Never trust anyone."
He closes his mouth, steeling his will before launching himself at Badrizar and Selthar. The warforged waits until the warrior raises his blade to thrust his weapon beneath his shoulder, piercing the opposite lung that Kronker's bolt punched into. Releasing the sword, the warrior stumbles into Badrizar, who pushes him back with his shield. He falls, blood pooling in his mouth and on the ground around his torso.
(While this NPC is not special and normally would be dead, you may stop him from dying.)
Having defeated his foe, Kroneker will dash back to his companions.

Badrizar waves his hand, causing the spectral weapon to disappear. He stays near Selthar, watching and listening for Kroneker's return.

Kroneker will leave the bag where it is for now, and continue chasing the leader. He's not about to let prey escape.

Badrizar lets out a sigh of mild disgust, nods at Selthar, and does his best to keep pace with the goblin.

Badrizar roars, half in pain, half in anger, and responds by casting [Tooltip Not Found]. (7 necrotic damage; DC 13 WIS saving throw)
(Spell cast was Toll of the Dead)
Kroneker will move to the side to get a relatively clear shot at the enemy and fire.
Crossbow attack: 10 Damage: 13
Kroneker will then move behind a nearby tree and hide (22) if he has enough movement left.
End turn.

Sorely wounded, Badrizar chooses discretion rather than valor; he disengages and moves out of melee range.
Kroneker decides to go on the offensive to give Badrizar a little breathing room. He casts Hunter's Mark on the enemy and fires from cover.

"I am not inclined to save this one," remarks Badrizar. "We have our own share of wounds to heal, What say you, friends?"
