Lorell will drop concentration on Roots. Then casts another frostbite 2
Entangle is instantaneous and not concentration so you have to let it play out. S5 con save: 9
Ice begins to form on the undead skeleton as Lorells spell takes hold. It tries to move and as it steps forward it breaks into dozens of pieces as it’s bones shatter and it falls, never to rise again. Combat is over!
Ithelion breathes a sigh of relief, "I feared that one would outlast us all! What manner of magic is it that binds their souls so tightly here? Poor, misguided, fools..."
She nods to Lorell and Krom, "Whatever it is, it seems the power of Nature combined with that of Moraddin gives them pause. What an unusual combination -- I will have to write of it!"
With that, she glances curiously around the room...
Ithelion - you see coins, and the short swords of the warriors (each has one). They are sylized with draconic hilts and crosspieces. In some of the armor scraps, you notice inlaid gems.
Still on edge after Garnet's thunderous smite, a creaking sound to your left (Ithelion, Lorell, Krom, Elosa) turns you all around suddenly. You see a reddish snout peer slowly around the door, followed by a draconic looking face - a kobold! "Calcryx back? Meepo happy -" it begins in a small voice. Then, seeing you, it's eyes widen in surprise until it sees Daemyar, at which point it yelps and slams the door and goes back into the room. You hear some quick footsteps and a crash, followed by groans of pain.
If you are in the room (Garnet and Daemyar) what you hear is muffled and you're not sure what is going on yet....
Ithelion is momentarily startled by the creature's appearance, then the name registers. "Meepo?" she says, glancing at the others.
Then she knocks loudly on the door and raises her voice, "Meepo?!? Are you Meepo? We bring tidings of Seedo. We mean you no harm." she says in Draconic. She crouches down and opens her pack, searching for the note from Seedo.
"Ay, all part of the plan lass." Krom looks down the hall from where he saw the kobold. "Looks like yer loud sword strike brought some attention Garnet."

@garnet - i just rolled for you to keep things moving
@ithelion - you find 10 x tiger eye gems affixed to the skeleton's armor scraps or on the floor. It looks like perhaps the gems were used as a bit of flair on the armor, with its swirling red and black colours mimicking a dragon's breath. You also find 57 silver pieces laying around that you can gather - it looks like maybe they were in a couple of pouches that have long since rotted away.
You all gather around the door, listening, after Ithelion's words. You hear more than a few clicks on the stones on the other side - clearly the sound of several creatures with claws walking. You hear a few muffled words and a raised voice before the door creaks open. A rough but mean-looking spear leads the way out the crack and you again see the same kobold as before. You hear a few other whispers behind the door. "Seedo? What tide? He live in cave. Who you? Why have boss goblin with you? I Meepo, Keeper of Dragon! But..." the spear lowers a bit, "dragon go. Meepo fail and sad...What you want?! What that big noise? Is it goblins? Boss goblins again?! We not like those boss goblins...what they names?? Shamoo? Shamer? Nockyous, Nockis? We don't like 'em - who you!?!?" Meepo's voice raises at the end, remembering that you're there. He's a bit on edge and it seems there are others behind him, if you had to guess.
Ithelion does her best to smile reassuringly at the kobold before taking on a serious expression.
"We are travelers, my name is Ithelion....we are seeking to understand what has happened in this Citadel. We...ah...we have been asked to investigate the....the effects of....some of the effects of the magic here."
She pauses a moment, collecting her thoughts, then continues, "And to find some missing people...humans who came here a few (days/weeks/months(?)) ago."
Then she holds out the bloodstained note, "But first...first I must deliver this. It was Seedo's dying wish that I would. We were too late to save him. I'm sorry...." she holds out the note to Meepo.
(( She would speak in both Draconic and Common, to reduce the risk of misunderstanding, and to let her companions know what she is saying ))
Garbet waits to hear the response of the kobolds, she doesn't speak draconic but thanks to Ithelion's translations. She knows these creatures are not enemies.
The door swings open at the mention of Seedo. “Seedo die? Why he die? You kill him!!?" The kobold takes the paper and looks at it, sniffing, then tasting it. "Yup it him." Realizing there is something written on it, he reads it stoically. When he finishes, he says, "Okay thank I to you. What citdel? Was it big noises I hears? I thinks place is crashing down!"
He stares at you blankly for an uncomfortable while until he remembers you asked him something else. "Oh, others? Humans? Yes, they come maybe moon ago. Elf too, I think. Meepo take them to goblin place - they don’t come back. Think nature man take them." Spotting Lorell, he backs up a bit. "He look like you 'cept...badder. Not matter now,"Meepo's shoulders slump and he looks crestfallen, "they take Calcryx an' we couldn't stop 'em. Meepo sad and ANGRY!" His voice raises at the end. "But them bad big goblins," he begins, looking accusingly at Daemyar, "Maybe your friends?! Look like you. Same marks. What names again? Shamur and Noxxa, er, something."
The other kobolds ask him something, the language like yipping dogs. Those of you who understand Draconic sort of understand some of it - they are asking if they are needed, implying this kobold before you maybe has a bit of status (or did at once time). Meepo shakes his head, looking at you all. "No it okay. My brother trust 'em an' so I trust em." Seemingly satisfied, they walk off into the darkness. Meepo sets right his spear and relaxes visibly. He leaves the door open and walks inside the room.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Since Garnet does not understand draconic she instead considers the small creatures, observing their physical state, visible health, mannerisms, anything that may prove useful knowledge.
Lorell is going to crouch down a bit and hand over 3 rations to Meepo. "I don't know if you guys have food down here, but take some if you all are hungry." taking a short pause, after looking trailing off thinking, "You mentioned an elf that looks like me, and some goblins. How close are they to where we are currently?"
(( if anyone speaks in Draconic to the party, Ithelion will do her best to translate. If she overhears stuff in the distance while talking nearby, she will in general relate it later unless I write otherwise ))
At mention of Shamur and Noxxa, Ithelion glances at Daemyar for any sign of recognition, then continues to listen.
"Seedo was his brother..." she says to her companions, then crouches down again and rummages through her pack, pulling out Seedo's crown, and the various herbs.
"If you are his brother, then these should be yours..." she says, holding them out for him.

Then casts another frostbite 2
Ithelion will once again attack, assuming no disadvantage due to help from Daemyar. If plausible, she will also ask Elosa to Help Garnet.
