Once Rubin catches up with the group, Kethra shares what she learned with Xanranzan and adds, "I just remembered....there was 2 reavers and 8 bandits sleeping in the barracks, minus the two. With any luck, the rest of them went off a few days' journey to bury their dead."
Looking over to Mr. Tyde, she asks for guidance, "What do you think, Mr. Baker? should we take out these guards, or check on the barracks first?"
"Last time our strategy was to take out the look-outs. It worked then so why not try it again. At the very least they won't be firing at us from above if we have to move about below."
Tyde gestures to the staircase leading up to the wall.
"Remember, quickly and quietly are the best ways to be about our business."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Xanranzan follows Kethra, ready to join in on the jump with his newly acquired saw-toothed blade. A little piece of their own medicine turned upon them at last.

Kethra nods to the rest of the party, points to the maul in her hands and quietly mouths "We bonk some heads (no lethal force)!"
She crouches up to a low wall, her already pale skin mixing and blending with Pass Without Trace's reflecting the moonlight and trailing in wisps behind her, seemingly looking like some sort of a spirit wielding a large bludgeon.
(I'll attack last, so if there's a lot of misses I'll use up a ki point to use Flurry of Blows. We've taken down plenty of these guards, but would it still be metagaming to guess that guards have less than 15 health?)
Rubin sighs and holds back. He would not be likely to do non-lethal damage, even if the DM allows it, so his attack is going to be held as a last resort, to finish off the enemy before they can shout an alarm.

(All melee attacks can be used to knock out someone! So if you want, you can hit him with the flat of your blade. Or flavor it as a shallow cut? I'll leave the choice to close in or shoot from a distance to you though, but I'll make my attack now. Edit: NVM this might be enough to knock him out lol)

Xanranzan gives Kethra a thumbs up. "Got'em! Wait, was that the only guy, or was there another further along?" He asked quietly, wondering if he might've misremembered a few details. In the meantime, he'd put away the blades, and pick up the man beneath the arms to start dragging him ways. Although he stops and looks to the Rubin and Tyde about where he should place the unconscious guard.
"Either stow em a ways down the stairs or dump them over. There's still another guard on the other wall, I think."
Tyde seems lost in thought for a second.
"If there is another guard we better silence em quick."

With a quick stop and a pivot from her full sprint, Kethra transfers all the weight of the maul into the guard's stomach. Taking the wind right out of him, Kethra catches the guard by the hair (or helmet, if applicable) before he hits the ground. Tucking the guard under her cloak, both seem to disappear with Pass Without Trace, reappearing to join her teammates a moment later.
Nodding at the others to take care of the next guard, she then drags the body away to ground level somewhere out of sight of the other guard.
In this secluded corner, the pale-eyed girl will shake him upside down to search for any weapons, written orders, etc before checking his forehead for cult marks.
Perception 13
After that, she'll bind the guard's wrists, ankles and mouth with rope.

Now devoid of scale mail and shield, Kethra tries to get a jump on a guard using Grimjaw's own
macemaul.Stealth, with Pass Without Trace: 22
(Sorry, I'll get it right one of these days!)
Xanranzan follows Kethra, ready to join in on the jump with his newly acquired saw-toothed blade. A little piece of their own medicine turned upon them at last.
Stealth: 13.

Rubin leads the way up, making sure to stay in areas of darkness. He is invisible as he moves in towards the guards.
Stealth: 25
Sorak stealth: 19
You all have a surprise round. There's a single guard wearing leather armor.

To-hit (reckless attack) 20 Damage: 10
(Rubin is a crossbowman, and as such would be unable to do non lethal damage.)
The guard slumps to the fooor, unable even to cry out.

(There is another guard, but the compound is quite large and it would most likely take a while for him to notice anything,)

The guard doesn’t have any cultist marks or orders, and his weaponry is just an ordinary shortsword and shortbow.
