(we will resolve Zene's rabbit adventure, Taravan's survival check and Willi's investigation & athletics check after the following...)
Here's how this moment plays out:
Zene walks a few feet into the forest adjacent the wagon and sees the rabbit. At the same time, Willi and Taravan start walking toward the horses. Naltic yells out his warning to Willi, scans the brush, and sees nothing. Taravan is leading the way to the horses, treading very carefully...

Assuming no one has a passive perception of 24?!...
It happens fast. Taravan is the first to notice. Then Willi. You both see 4 creatures who you both would likely recognize as goblins burst from the adjacent brush.
Naltic and Zene don't likely see anything until everyone hears a blood curdling war cry comes from the brush, seemingly in goblin. (if your character understands goblin, they are yelling "ATTACK!!! MORE BLOOD!!"). Then Naltic and Zene see the ambush unfold.
Please roll for initiative! You are all surprised for the first round of combat, and therefore won't be able to make an action until round 2.
The goblins were hunkered down extremely well in the bush. It's clear they have experience with the ambush and they all catch you off your guard. Since all of you are surprised, the goblins are able to begin their assault quite efficiently with none of you being able to take action until round 2.
Zene doesn’t seem like a viable option for any of the goblins yet, as she’s in the brush with the rabbit… who has now just ran off scared from the goblin war cries.
Goblin 1 hisses and lets loose an arrow towards Naltic: Attack: 7 Damage: 7
... Naltic must've been too far away, as the arrow flies wide by a good bit.
Goblin 2 fires almost simultaneously at Willi: Attack: 12 Damage: 4
... the arrow flies by Willi's head, definitely too close for comfort.
Goblins 3 and 4 rush in from the other side of the road and swing their scimitars with ruthless intent towards Taraven: Attack: 20 Damage: 8 Attack: 16 Damage: 5
...Taraven tries with all of her will to parry the incoming blades, but the fact that both goblins have rushed her make it impossible. Both blades cut deep into her flesh. The elf falls to the ground, bleeding out and unconscious.
(let me know if I'm correct Taraven)
Round 2:
Naltic is up!
Also, Taraven can make her first death saving throw.
Naltic mumbles something quietly under his breath pointing at the goblin 4, he slowly drags his finger cursing it. With another incantation, he sends a crackling bolt of dark blue energy at the same goblin.
Attack: 15 Damage: 6 force damage and 6 necrotic damage.

Forgot to mention that hex is targeting dex checks!

Naltic, the impressive dark blue energy crackles through the air like a crooked laser, smashing into the goblin, completely knocking it down. It then begins to slowly decompose and rot before your eyes as the necrotic damage takes its toll. The goblin isn't moving and is half decomposed. RIP Goblin 4. (let me know what goblin you want to transfer the curse to)
Goblin 3 is startled by the gruesome death of his partner, and swings wildly at Willi with its scimitar to try and retaliate. The creature yells out a goblin war cry in the process: Attack: 14 Damage: 8 ... the goblin is clearly distracted by the decomposing goblin corpse, as he swings the sword very very wide.
Goblin 1 ends up getting a good view of Zene and launches an arrow her way: Attack: 12 Damage: 5 ... and the arrow hits some trees before it even reaches the target.
Goblin 2 tries to retaliate with another arrow at Naltic: Attack: 8 Damage: 7 and the goblin's accuracy on this shot is dead on. The arrow sticks Naltic in the lower abdomen, likely piercing intestinal tract.
Zene appears out of the bushes yelling wildly "you fools! I told you not to advance"! She angrily approaches the Goblins. Suddenly she pauses, and causes an illusion.
Zene casts the image of a large ware-wolf type beast with enormous fangs and eyes that are piercing blue. The purpose of the beast is to distract the goblins so they focus their attacks on it instead of the party.
Zene, you create an impressive illusion of a werewolf in the fray. Please roll a Deception check. Each of the goblins will subsequently make an intelligence check on their turns, to determine if the illusion is successful in distracting them.

Willis gauntlet crackles with energy and electrcity begins to spark. He grasps the goblin shockingly attack: 15 damage: 2 if he hits, willi will move about 15ft further down the road. If he doesnt hit, he stays, not risking an AoO.
edit: forgot to add the attack modifier in the roll. That attack would be +5
Willifred, the goblin is able to parry your electrified hand with its arm, not allowing you to get a good grasp for the spell to be effective. (9 attack used)
Naltic, your crackling blue energy misses this time, going wide of the goblin 2, and shredding a good number of trees in its path. You then scoot back behind the cart. (sure thing about cover. The wagon is pretty big, so let's say 3/4 cover, +5 AC.)
Taraven, please make your second death saving throw.
Goblins INT checks: 18510
(will process the goblins moves after Taraven's death check comes in)

Taraven continues to wriggle around on the ground like a worm, severely bleeding out. 2 fails, 0 success. Willi, you can hear her making some really awful noises.
Zene, goblins 1 and 2 don't seem to fall for the werewolf image. From where they are located in the woods, they can see the faint flickering of the illusion and realize it's some kind of spell you've cast.
Goblin 1 launches an arrow directly at Zene: Attack: 10 Damage: 6 ... and the arrow sinks deep into your upper chest... that one hurt. Bad. Its sticking out of you.
Goblin 2 pulls back its shortbow and fires an arrow at Willi: Attack: 17 Damage: 7 ... these goblins are dead on. This arrow seems to find its way through a weaker point in your armor, and also sticks in the upper chest.
Goblin 3, however, seems to be quite freaked out at the illusion of the werewolf and swings its scimitar wildly at it. The blade passes through it, and it looks at the werewolf image in a confused way.
Willi and Zene are up! Zene, along with your action, please roll another Deception check which will be contested with a new INT check from goblin 3 who still thinks your werewolf image is real. (goblins 1 and 2 have figured it out, so they will now not attack it)

Goblins initiative: 21

Naltic's eyes widen at the sound of the war cry. He fumbles around within his cloak, pulling out a small spherical trinket.
Willis Initiative: 14

((Yes, DM. You are correct. I am unconscious))
Death Saving Throw #1: 9
Taraven wriggles on the ground, blood coming quite rapidly now from her wounds dealt by the scimitars. (fail #1)

Naltic clutches his side as he backs up closer towards the cart. He shifts his hex to goblin 2 and fires at it, cursing at it as he does so.
Attack: 10 Damage: 9 force and 1 necrotic damage
He'd back up behind the cart to give him cover if possible
