Rowan casts sapping sting on the nearest boarder, hoping to trip up those behind by knocking one prone. Con save, DC 14 or fall prone and take 1 necrotic damage
[Apologies, after I've been MIA for a few days, I need to get Oden to roll again, becuase that shot will be at disadvantage (the sahuagin is more than 150 ft).]
Dillyu's crossbow bolt pierces L1's chest and the creature crumples to the deck, unmoving (L1 is dead/no longer undead).
Kenton and Firische are up, followed by Beorth who will start turning the ship to ramming course and will move The Bounty 30 ft towards the enemy ship.
[Yep, sorry. As I think someone shared the importance of hitting the v sahuagin, I might update the map and place a couple of circles on her avatar, showing 150 ft and 120 ft (I think they are the main ones people need to know at the moment).]
Oden's arrow misses and the priestess continues her chant, making circle motions with her hands as she stares at the ocean.
Kenton moves up to L2 and runs it through with his sword and the creature drops (L2 is no more).
Firische directs her blast at the next closest creature, L3 and it hits true, though the lacedon is still standing.
The three lacedons on deck advance on Kenton and all three slash at him with their claws: L3 attack Attack: 8 Damage: 8, if it hits, roll a DC10 constitution saving throw.
L4 attack Attack: 21 Damage: 9, if it hits, roll a DC10 constitution saving throw.
L6 attack Attack: 18 Damage: 5, if it hits, roll a DC10 constitution saving throw.
If Kenton fails any saving throw he is paralyzed for 1 minute (and any attack made afterwards will be with advantage). Kenton can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of his turns.
Updated maps in next post, including zoomed in one.
The circles represent 120 ft and 150 ft from the sahuagin high priestess after the ship has turned and moved on Beorth's turn. The sahuagin high priestess's gestures are becoming more and pronounced and as you move towards her you can hear that she is chanting something and her voice is growing louder, though none of you can quite make it out what she is saying yet (even those who can understand sahuagin).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With few other options Lonzar raised his small crossbow and fired it in an arc towards the Sahuagin.
Attack: 7 Damage: 7
Gumerawan moved as far astern as she could and summoned her internal font of power to double the range of her spell and sent an Ice Knife at the Sahuagin.
Gumerawan's ice knife hits, piercing into the sahuagin high priestess's chest. Her first concentration check is: 3. Her dex save to avoid the second lot of damage is 15. Her second concentration check if she fails the dex save is: 5.
L6 attack on Kenton would have been made with advantage: 20 Damage: 10.
Everyone else would have seen Kenton's body seize up as the second lacedon slashed him and he no longer seems to be actively avoiding blows.
[I realised that I may have caused confusion about siege weapons - they can target individual creatures in the water, just not on decks of ships where it will be randomised. If that was the reason characters haven't been using them on creatures in the sea, apologies.]
The sahuagin high priestess loses concentration on the ritual she was casting as Gumerawan's spell hits her. The sea around The Bounty seems to calm a little.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The kobolds remaining on the ship do not attempt to move out of the collision course and instead use their actions to load and fire the mangonel, firing at a random person on The Bounty's deck. They seem to be making a last stand.
Who the mangonel stone hits (if it hits) will be random and I am numbering everyone (including the lacedons) from 1 to 14 starting at the top left and moving right and down.
[Dagnammit - they were hoping to get really lucky and take out Beorth, or at least one of the other crew. Instead what happens is:]
The mangonel stone flies towards the deck of the ship, missing Kenton by mere feet and killing the lacedon standing directly in front of him (L6 is dead).
Dajarkal and Beatrice are up.
After Dajarkal and Beatrice have had their turn, you can all read:
The sahuagin high priestess starts chanting and waving her hands again, restarting the ritual whilst glaring at Gumerawan with fury in her eyes.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Beatrice caves L3's rotting skull in with her axe and it collapses.
[L6 is dead from my unlucky mangonel attack, so I will move Dajarkal's spell target L4] L4 con save: 8 - fail - it takes the damage and dives off the boat into the water.
There are no enemies within The Champion's reach, but I'm happy to use those attack rolls for chill touch against L11 and L12 (the closer lacedons in the water), as well as the first d8 damage roll for each. L11 and L12 are looking very hurt, as they had previously taken arcane cannon damage.
Rosan runs and dives into the water, sprouting gills and growing webbing between his fingers as he runs and dives in. He is still a fair distance from the sahuagin high priestess.
The three lacedons now in front of The Bounty manage with double-dashing to get to where the three lacedons on deck had previously been (L8 is where L3 was, L11 is where L6 was and L12 is where L4 was).
Oden, Dillyu, Kenton and Firische are up, followed by Beorth who will move with his captain's orders.
Kenton can make a DC10 con save at the end of his turn to try and recover from paralysis.
"Let's test the ram, Beorth!", shouts Oden, while he shoots an arrow at the spell weaving Sahuagin.
Attack: 16 Damage: 12
Dillyu shoots his crossbow at the nearest Lacedon and moves to safety (x15y8).
Attack: 19 Damage: 8
Rowan casts sapping sting on the nearest boarder, hoping to trip up those behind by knocking one prone.
Con save, DC 14 or fall prone and take 1 necrotic damage
Paladin - warforged - orange

Lacedon L8 swims towards The Bounty.
Kenton and Firische are up, followed by Beorth who will start turning the ship to ramming course and will move The Bounty 30 ft towards the enemy ship.
[I've read that and missed the "just on the x axis", sorry]
Attack: 13 Damage: 13

(Could you post a more zoomed-in map as well, please?)
I think the enemy creatures are on deck and within melee distance, right? Kenton will draw his sword and rush to attack the nearest:
Attack: 25 Damage: 10
Firische backs away towards a safer spot, about fifteen feet back from where she is, and fires a bolt of Eldritch Blast at the same target:
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
Kenton moves up to L2 and runs it through with his sword and the creature drops (L2 is no more).

Maps:
Gumerawan and Lonzar are up.

1 Sorcery Point to do Distant Spell.
Attack: 12 Damage: 8 + 4
Kenton's CON saves:
L3 was a miss.
L4: 9
L6 was a miss.
So Kenton is indeed paralyzed.
Gumerawan's ice knife hits, piercing into the sahuagin high priestess's chest. Her first concentration check is: 3. Her dex save to avoid the second lot of damage is 15. Her second concentration check if she fails the dex save is: 5.

After Dajarkal and Beatrice have had their turn, you can all read:
The sahuagin high priestess starts chanting and waving her hands again, restarting the ritual whilst glaring at Gumerawan with fury in her eyes.
Then The Champion and Rosan are up.
Beatrice will run to L3 and slam her axe down onto its head.
Attack: 13
Damage: 15
And Dajarkal will move to x20,y13 and fire Infestation at L6.
Damage: 2
Movement if they fail the con save: 4 (so 5 feet east)
The Champion will strike again with the Raven’s Blade at the nearest two lacedons.
Attack: 15 Damage: 5 + 4 necrotic
Attack: 21 Damage: 4 2 necrotic
Rosan casts alter self on himself and dives overboard, heading towards the Sahuagin priestess (aquatic adaptation and claws)
Paladin - warforged - orange

Kenton can make a DC10 con save at the end of his turn to try and recover from paralysis.
Firische draws her rapier and runs to attack L3:
Attack: 20 Damage: 12
(OOC: Thanks for the map. Does Firische have full knowledge of her weapon's nature?)
Kenton's CON save: 19
Kenton manages to regain control of himself, and eyes the nearby monstrosities with fury.
