"Bats" A, B, and C descend on Gruk. They are within melee range (5ft) of Gruk and considered to be occupying the same space as one another since they are Tiny.
A: Attack: 22 Damage: 7
B: Attack: 25 Damage: 6
C: Attack: 12 Damage: 5
D and E descend towards Zhox
D: Attack: 23 Damage: 7
E: Attack: 11 Damage: 7
F and G go for Torra
F: Attack: 6 Damage: 5
G: Attack: 15 Damage: 7
Of course if Zhox kills any of these you can consider their attacks/damage null. Also defensive reactions (protection ability, cutting words, hellish rebuke, etc.) can be used.
Your AC is 14, Zhox, according to your character sheet ( armor + DEX mod ).
So while "Bat" D latches onto Zhox's clavicle and begins to drain his blood, icicles accumulate on its fuzzy body, rapidly stiffening and freezing limbs. Pitifully it manages one more flap of its wings, causing it to fall free of the satyr and shatter upon hitting the soiled floor. Bat D is dead.
Bat E misses and lives a moment longer.
"Bat" F, however, misses Torra so hard it bashes into the stone floor beside her and is considered Prone until its next turn.
"Bats...now you will suffer the might of Crondar for daring to approach us.!" Crondar unceremoniously drops Hewen onto the ground, and reaches out to crush one of the bat creatures with his bare hands.
Unarmed Strike 9 damage 5 if he hits as he crushes one of the bugs with his fist...
Crondar, the bats in front of you are (G) latched onto Torra and (F) Prone. If you struck at F you may roll a second attack roll and take the better of the two (essentially 'advantage') but if you went for G, you missed.
Torra, please make a death saving throw (1d20 with no modifiers).
At this time, the DM will make a sole friendly reminder that you can stabilize a dying person with a DC 10 WIS (Medicine) check as an action.
Gruk successfully hacks one of the "bats" that latched onto him to pieces, sort of like an extreme version of slapping a mosquito into a pool of blood. Bat B is dead.
Hewen and Rhodes, the party is waiting on you to do your turns. We particularly need targets and attack/damage rolls if you are attacking or ability check rolls. Post these after this comment rather than editing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rhodes strikes a magnificent pose, flips his hands in an obscene gesture, mumbles the proper phrase (without stuttering this time) and sends forth an Eldritch Blast, preferably at the one stuck to Torra (if it still is)
Crondar squishes the bat on the ground, oiling himself all the more... with blood. Bat F is dead.
Hewen torches the bat E, that one being closest to him. Bat E is dead.
Rhodes spatters Bat G off of Torra with a punch of eldritch force, stopping the little creature from treating the sorcerer like an overzealous child does a Capri-Sun. Bat G is dead.
Zhox's wild swinging has no luck in hitting any of the bats.
ROUND 2
Initiative:
19- Zhox
11- "Bats" A and C
7 - Crondar
6- Torra
5 - Gruk
5- Hewen
3 - Rhodes
Bat A, being attached to Gruk, manages to bleed him for 5 piercing damage before he can go into a rage. It's only by the grace of a half-orc's Relentless endurance Gruk is still on his feet.
Bat C, not liking the rapier being swung at it, decides to go for Zhox. Attack: 16 Damage: 5
Once it gets to Gruk's turn, he is finally able to kill that pesky Bat A before he suffers a fate similar to the lady that gave him the shining shirt. Bat A is dead.
Rhodes, upon taking the life of the hapless “bat”, feels the touch of his ancient patron’s satisfaction. Shuttering in ecstasy, Rhodes gains 4 temporary HP from “Dark One’s Blessing”.
Seeing most of the filthy bat like critters squashed to pulp, and knowing Hewen is perhaps reading to zap the last, Rhodes turns his attention on poor Torra, the lighter of shirts, and attempts to stabilize her from death...

Torra death saving throw #2 11
Torra arches her back while taking a deep, ragged breath. Her hands claw at at the ground for a moment and her eyes come open. In a moment she is back on the ground breath returning normally. "I saw it.." she whispers. "I saw paradise but was sent back. My task is still at hand."
(Crits on death saves bring me to 1 hp. Divine intervention? Fitting with her character.)
Crondar has to yank the mosquito-like bat from where it's currently chomping on Zhox, but a quarry he has. Zhox receives his blood back in a shower as the barbarian pops the final foe like an overripe, fuzzy tomato. Bat C is dead.
Combat is now over.
This leaves our intrepid adventurers standing (or in Torra's case, laying) around in a bunch of blood and poop. Piles of the latter are built up in various corners and patches as it seems the former inhabitants of this room seemed to enjoy hanging around in certain areas more than others. But hey, there's a wooden door to the East if you find hanging around in the guano room no bueno.
For the record, Torra, you might be revived but you now have disadvantage on Charisma checks and saving throws cuz girl, you stanky with the 'bats'' form of 'blessings'.

Zhox AC 11, so one hit.
But Zhox got to go first so he pulls his water skin, and dumps it on himself and casts Armor of Agathys on himself first.
"Ohh my gods that's cold." Zhox screams as the water slowly ices over his satyr body.
So when the "bat" bites at him it takes 5 cold damage.
