(You could use your action to plug your ears with your fingers. This would require both hands (you'd have to stow/drop your staff and anything else you're holding) and would functionally make you deafened. You can stop it at any time without using an action.) The major effect the fog has on stealth is that you can hide no matter where you are.)

My argument would be the disadvantage to perception checks due to be considered blinded. But if that's the ruling, I won't argue and his action will indeed be to cover his ears after stowing away the staff, as well as move back to his original position instead.

In that case, Previous Turn Action Addendum: Xeno grins and draws his staff once more. "Witness the power of the ancients!"He bellows as unleashes a sliver of limbo in the rough direction of the goblin.
Ac: Cast Chaos Bolt from abbarent mark at Swigg. Attack: 12 Damage: 9. Expending artificer hit die as for secondary effect, causing 6. If even, gain equivalent Temp HP. If Odd, one random creature within 30ft of Xeno takes the rolled as force damage. (Since Turret doesn't count as a 'creature', only Swigg will be effected)

Still growling after taking the bolt, Xeno once more barks out a command, sending the turret racing over to another point and releasing a get of flame. This time whether or not it caught the goblin, Xeno gambles and starts twirling the staff in the air. "Puri Puri~ Puri Puri~ Beepity Boop, your mind is now goop!" He declares as he slammed the butt of the staff down, releasing the spell.
Ba: Command Fonix to move to H6, and activate flamethrowers to engulf [i6, J6/J7, K6/K7] in fire. If Swigg is any of those spaces, Dex 14 save for 1/2 of 5 fire damage. Ac: Cast Sleep at 1st level, affecting 15 HP worth of hit points within 20ft of [i7]. (Turret again unaffected)

In which case, can I change it to a thunderwave instead? If not allowed, I guess it'd be H-7, making it a miss(since he wouldn't know). But if that's the case, I would like to change up my current turn with him reactivating Sanctuary and drinking a potion. Because I would not have gambled otherwise on that sleep while being in danger of it.
(It seems reasonable that Xeno would have used Thunderwave instead if he had been aware of the conditions. Luckily the 2d8 damage from Thunderwave was already rolled for Chaos Bolt, so I'll use that roll, excluding the d6.)
Round 4: Xeno casts Thunderwave, encompassing Swigg. (4 damage, DC 14 CON for half) (Xeno can easily move so that the AoE excludes his bot but is assured to include Swigg, so I will assume he would have done that.) Swigg retaliates with a well-placed arrow.
