Before Townmaster Harbin is frightens himself back into his house and directly after watching Rinn's reaction, he tells you, "Big Al is a retired soldier and retired sheriff. He runs a large ranch up the Triboar Trail east of Conyberry."
To Ms Thornton, Robwin thanks her again and says “I’ll check what gems I need and get back to you in the next day or two. I assume I can pay on receipt of goods?”.
To Blaire, he smiles, and gratefully accepts the 20gp back, saying, “More than generous, my lady. A suitable compromise”, with a bow.
Robwin will tear the job from the board, and keep it, to share with the group when they take their next break.
Then when the group seems ready, Robwin agrees with Ikki and offers, “To Barthen’s house?”.
"Thank you Ms. Thornton, Ill be sure to stop back by."
TT leaves the Miners Exchange and catches up with the group.
"So what's up next?" she asks cheerfully
Walking from Townmaster Harbin Wester's house to the main road, while Robwin is checking the Town hall job board, Blaire looks to TT, "I guess we're going to talk with Barthen and this survivor."
"Should we all stop at the Inn for lunch first?", she asks TT specifically and the group in general, sweeping her eyes across to each of them.
"Perhaps check on this man, I know injuries have a way of turning for the worse fast. We can always eat afterwards"
Blaire sighs, "Yes! Your right. I wasn't thinking. I know Barthen's store is up the road there kinda across from the blacksmith. Remember seeing it. Let's head up, yeah?"
Robwin agrees, “Yes, lets see how urgent this thing with the injured man is first... ...if we have time for lunch, we can maybe grab something after that. Otherwise do we all have rations for the road?”.
If everyone’s ready, Robwin heads out with the group, to Barthen’s.
You make your way up the road to Barthen’s Provisions, the biggest trading post in Phandalin. Its shelves stock most ordinary goods and supplies, including backpacks, bedrolls, rope, and rations. The place is open from sunup to sundown.
There are three people actively moving cargo around the open air warehouse and in and out of the store, a human, a half-elf and a tabaxi.
From inside you hear a male voice holler, "Have you seen the wagon coming?"
The male human replies just as loudly, "No sign of it yet today! There is a group with a cart coming up right now from town though!"
While passing the smithy, you all hear a child yelling, "Look! Look!" and an older looking man saying, "Well, I'll be! Meredith, come out here! Jed's birdman is standing right in the road plain as day!"
Wolfsong moves to walk next to Ikki and taps him on the shoulder, "Looks like you are pretty popular, can't say I am surprised. Don't run into many like you, where do you hail from?"
Ikki clicks his beak twice. "Over the mountains," he says, pointing east-southeast, "over the trees, over the river, on the third mountain in the forest." He drops his arm and looks at Wolfsong. "My home called *click* *click* *click* Shiikara. It beautiful." He says this sounding forlorn. The birdman turns to look in the direction of his home for a second, then resumes his march toward Barthen's.
As the party approaches Barthen’s Provisions, Robwin smiles at the small fuss made around Ikki.
Once their cart comes to a stop just outside the shop, Robin says “I just want to try something here that I’ve been working on. I’ll join you in the store in a few minutes...” and with that he takes out his wand and moves slowly around the cart tapping the wand on the edge of the cart as he walks round, muttering under his breath.
((OOC: Robwin ritually casts alarm (11 minutes) on the cart, with a silent/mental alarm, whilst also designating all his party members as creatures that won't set off the alarm.
At the same time, he takes a little of the Abjuration magic used for the spell and wraps it around himself forming an Arcane Ward with 9 hit points)).
Once his spell is cast, he catches up with the party.
Upon entering Barthen's Provisions, Rinn will immediately try to find his young helpers in the hopes of getting a chance to joke around with them.
Rinn: The two young helpers you remember are part of the trio working outside.
just outside as directly available.
The young hal-elf male, Thistle, and the light gray fur tabaxi you haven't seen before are just north of the main store, carrying, a set of large crates to the warehouse. The young human, Ander, just loudly announced your arrival.
As you get closer, Ander's eyes light up, "Oh, Hey, Rinn, Who ya got with ya?"
The man, Barthen, you presume, is at the door. Upon looking you all over and hearing Ander starting to chat with Rinn, he visibly relaxes.
"Now, I don't mind you visiting, Rinn, but don't keep Ander from his work. Go help him out and I'll throw you a few copper."
"You lot looking to buy or stall your mules? Come on in, browse and we'll see what we can do. Names Elmar. Tis my establishment.", he is balding, lean, human, probably in his fifties with a broad smile and all his teeth.
Rinn chuckles and nods to Barthen, "Alright, mister! Come on Ander, I'll give you a hand so we can talk while we work." Rinn brings out his mage hand to also help carry things in from the cart. "They're some new people I met. Some I met here in town, the others I met on the road when a dragon attacked! ..." He continues telling all about what he's been up to since leaving Phandalin while he helps the others unpack the cart.

Point of clarity, Rinn is helping Ander, Thistle and the tabaxi move crates and cargo from the main shop to the warehouse.
Separately, TT and Robwin have their cart and two mules, with full camping gear for five folks including three two man tents, bedrolls, etc as well as Eli's and Blaire's pack minus key items they keep directly on their person.
Eli and Blaire watch Rinn go off and find themselves utterly confounded.
Blaire then looks to TT, Wolfsong, Ikki and Eli, "Aren't we going in to discuss Wester's concern?", she quickly asks the three as Robwin starts fussing with the cart.

The writ from Ms Thornton for four nights to stall your mules and stow your cart is for Barthen's Provisions.
