It's an effect similar to but not exactly the spell mass suggestion which is an enchantment spell. It does not induce the charmed, however it does state that creatures that can't be charmed are immune to the effect.
RAW: I'd say roll straight, but the case for advantage here is good enough that I rule it should be made with advantage, so do that.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing that Gravity has begun to resist the effects of the chant, Girralon 1 approaches, ready for violence (FYI: girralon are trainable, but less intelligent than a typical 🐕 dog. They are very territorial and prone to violence. They also are not native to Oerth, so most of the current roster wouldn't know this. Sam would but he's dragging a chest through a long hallway, he may have mentioned it previously when you saw one, though).
The girallon, missing one left hand a left eye, (as is rhe other girallon) makes three claw (slashing) attacks and one bite (piercing) attack.
Claw: 24 for 6
Claw: 21 for 7
Claw: 26 for 8
Bite: 11 for 10
The second girralon sniffs at the air, turns and finds among the large crowd, Ana, skulking among the shadows, (DC18 smell stealth, not sure how one attempts that; no range given for smell checks in 5e, unlike sight and sound which are quantified) and makes a straight line for her.
Claw: 24 for 6
Claw: 8 for 8
Claw: 8 for 5
Bite: 26 for 7
Both girallons climb over rows of wooden pews (difficult terrain) effortlessly, accustomed to arboreal clambering, vaulting toward their targets, eyes (one each) filled with rage.
(they can cover up to 80ft movement in 3D assuming there's anything to climb.)
<Your positions were not going to alter this, so I placed you where I thought it made sense.>
<Sam is in that hallway to the north, dragging a chest. He should also roll initiative. >
Roll for initiative:
NPCs 9
(I'm rolling everything now to improve pbp pacing, but if you roll higher initiative, you go before these attacks. In this case, you could, in theory, effectively negate these attacks in some manner.)
Ana will use a reaction to activate Misty Escape after taking damage from the first attack to turn invisible and teleport as far away as the room allows. This avoids the second attack altogether.
<Gravity is about 35ft from the altar, easily within range of catapult. Note that the weapons are physically integrated into the alter, though, cemented into it or held in place with fixed metal loops or something. I don't want to commit in case you have some mechanic for doing something about this, because I support that kind if thing. So, while I think (based on what I know) that they are effectively cemented in, I'd prefer to keep it vague to allow for more player freedom.>
Misty escape requires an unoccupied space within 60ft you can see.
<I would put you in the hallway you came from, but even generously that could really only be between L'Chuck and Tetrevess. I'm guessing people will not be able to use owlbear because of the local storage of the map, so that where I'm putting Ana's token, but if you want it somewhere else, let me know, or move yourself if you can>

I moved my token but not sure if it saves that like you said. Put it in the bottom left corner of the map. When her turn comes up she will try to disrupt the ritual by shooting the cambion.
Gravity makes huffing and grunting noise when the first Girallon attacks her with its claw and teeth, and as a reaction to the first claw attack she casts Shield on herself in order to gain +5 bonus to her AC. Thus she avoids the second claw attack successfully when an invisible barrier protects her from imminent death.
"Destroy her" commands the incubus in a velvet whisper, raising a finger to indicate Ana. The half-dragon strains to resist, but in anguish he finally succumbs, draws his longsword and lunges toward the warlock, gold scales gleaming in the torchlight, tail flailing behind him as he rushes to meet his target.
Gravity will disengage and move away from the Girallon that has assaulted her. She will head to the southwestern part of the chamber, it seems like she's going to rescue Gorgeous Ana from the oppressive grip of the half-dragon but that's wishful thinking. She takes shelter inside a tiny room and saves her own soul.

Terrevess casts wall of fire through his manifest mind (tetrevess himself is not in the room, he’s down the hall). It does radiant damage (damage substitution for sickening radiance) and it is circled around phenix, blocking his sight, and sending waves of radiant energy inward at the incubus for 22 radiant damage. (DC 19 dex save for half)
(If tetrvess can also circle any of the garillons without hurting innocent victims, he will do that too).

11 rerolling the above failed save. Edit: thanks!

L'Chuck and Tetrevess are up, then Ana.
Sam can start right 'behind' (above on the map) L'Chuck.
Terrevess casts wall of fire through his manifest mind (tetrevess himself is not in the room, he’s down the hall). Tetrevess encircles the incubus in a wall of flame (the girallon have moved really far from him by this point as has the paladin half-dragon.).
