"Yes! Adventure!" Grumm seems quite animated at the prospect. "As well, I am a maker-of-things, not glass, but things to drink. Some nice, some not so nice. I am interested in trade, perhaps - I came in earlier and was looking at your fine blades. Many nice, but perhaps not what I am looking for."
"I have little use for alcoholic beverages, though I'm sure you could trade some with a member of the Brewer's Guild,"He replies, "What type of blade are you looking for? A dagger? A yklwa? A sword? Perhaps a blade-staff?:

He replies, taking a glance around the shop and its stock. "Though I highly doubt my friend would be willing to part with his trophy, it hold a strong sentimental value to him," Ebony adds as he takes the bow from off his back to allow it to be seen better. Ivory would have backed up a bit at hearing the Gnoll talk about his first treasure.

"I could offer you a variety of items for the bow," He says, looking around at the variety of items in the shop, many of which are hung on the walls, "I primarily have bladed and piercing weapons, but also have totem-staves, primal foci, ammunition, wilderness traps, compasses, pelts and cloaks, as well as some armors."
With each mentioned group, he gestures to an item of that type in the shop. All of the items are good quality and clean, all having some primal theme to them, either made of bone, wood, or stone.

Grumm goes a little quiet, contemplating this information. It seems that finding employment in this city will be more difficult than in the remote country villages he had passed on his travels here. Mournfully, he looks at the finely crafted weapons in the room but resigns himself to the likelihood of not owning anything new today. Still, he listens with interest at the proposed exchange of weapons and armor between Ebony and the shopkeeper.
*Why y’all got to post while I’m asleep? 😂* Kane listens to the conversations between the gnoll and the other people. Once no one is talking, he speaks up. “I don’t have anything to trade, or much gold to spare. I mainly came here to study. My friend Gurgar the fire dwarf recommended this place in order to learn about exotic beasts of the Material Plane. However,” he ponders for a moment, “how mush is the studded leather, and do you have any weapons that use agility and not strength? (Dexterity instead of Strength.)
"Anything that has a small tear or crack? I can offer my spellcasting services." Evas looks at the cloaks. "My cloak is getting old and tattered. A new one would be nice."

"Indeed this is,"He states, "What creatures would you like to learn about? I don't have any creatures on hand right now, but last week I sold a wisp hound and albino panther cub."
"Studded Leather would be 50 gold pieces, or an item I deem a decent enough trade for it. Alternatively, you could give me the leather armor and 40 gold pieces, and then get Studded Leather, but I doubt you have that kind of money at the moment."

"A three-section staff? That one sounds interesting," Ebony says after a moment of contemplation "And I don't think I'veseen bone knuckles before."
"Yes, you're not going to find many shops that sell three-section staffs around here,"He puffs his chest in pride, walking over to a bone three-section staff and grabbing it from its hanger, "This one is crafted of the finest elk bone from my homeland, Zæ-Voeth. You may find metallic imitations of bone knuckles in a smithy, but bone is much more comfortable and is much lighter than brass knuckles, while also being just as effective weapons."

“Well, I really don’t know where to start. There are so many.” Kane ponders the gnoll’s question. He looks up at the sun. “Oh no. Oh great. I’ve spent so long where I haven’t even thought about food or lodging or even work. You see, I want to be an adventurer. You guys wouldn’t happen to know where the Keepers are, would you? I have a book about them, but there location was missing. It was a very old book.”
"Of course you don't. Is there anything you would like to sell but is broken? I could easily fix it. Evas takes a deep breath then begins his sales pitch. "I could carry very heavy objects up stairs, I can check if any of your wares is magical. Those would be pretty cheap, they don't require me to expend much effort, only time. I can also give you a temporary assistant, that would cost more, I can only do that once per day by expending my magical markings that I have applied to my body."
The gnoll tugs on his braided goatee, seeming deep in thought, "I may have a few broken or unknown items thrown in a box in the back. If you use your magic to fix them and determine if any are magical, I'll give you 40 gold credit in the shop. Are you interested?"
