The crowd around the arm wrestling cheers as the goliath, muscles straining, forces the half-orcs arm to the table. He loudly cheers as the half-orc slinks away. The goliaths looks around, searching for his next opponent.
The gamblers playing dice begin to move to their next round, a pair of dwarves and a human stand up and walk away, having gambled away all of their coin.
Bonnie rushes past Violet and Gorm and calls out, "Feel free to grab a table you two, I'll be with you in just a moment."
Perception check for those paying attention to the fight - DC 12
You see a group of humans, their leader's bald head covered in tattooed eyes, following the half-orc a little ways back.
Jeremiah spots the potential trouble instantly - his time on the streets leaving his awareness of such things highly strung. He makes sure he’s within 30feet of the half-orc, and manifests a spectral Mage Hand immediately behind the half-orc, tapping him on the shoulder firmly so that he turns to see those following, and then vanishing back out of existence...
Guardian watches the half-orc leave the arm wrestling match and notices a group of rough looking humans following him. He has a feeling that this encounter may add to the mayhem in the tavern and his hand moves to rest on the handle of his battle axe as he continues to observe the scene.
As the half-orc turns around, the tattooed human yells, "Like killing my mates do ya?" With the moment of warning, the half-orc's fist catches the human right as he steps up.

Gorm has no idea what the ruckus is about and doesn’t plan on taking sides until he does. Still, he edges up towards the brouhaha and keeps himself at the ready in case he changes his mind...

Perception check for Guardian to see Jeramiah in the crowd.
Guardian spots the small human in the crowd, wondering what someone so young is doing here. His protective instincts kick in and he moves toward him to make sure he isn't caught in the melee unprotected.
The half-orc begins going at the human saying, "I don't care what ye think of me you scum. No one talks to me like that!" Her fists pummel him as he stumbles back. "I won't be talked to like that by a murderer," the man calls out as he tries to fight back. The other four humans circle around the fight, they seem content to let their leader handle this for now.
Gorm positions himself to have a good view but doesn’t get too close, he sees no need to interfere. And this kind of thing may happen here all the time. He does become extra alert to those around him, though. Back in his more dubious days he would have used such a distraction to his advantage and cut a few purse strings or picked a few pockets, so he’ll be damned if the same happens to him.

As everyone watches the fight, you watch as the half-orc puts down a beating on the human. After a couple of blows he is barely standing and the third one drops him. A quick shout comes out of the rest of the humans as they tackle the half-orc and quickly knock her out. You hear over the din of the tavern a very loud shout from the barkeep, "Out!" The barkeep snarls and reaches towards a large axe for a moment as the rest of the humans grab their tattooed leader and book it out of the tavern.

You hear a strange noise coming out of the well in the middle of the tavern, and notice a pungent smell.
As Guardian looks for the youngster he stops and looks toward the middle of the tavern, he was sure he heard noises coming from there. An unpleasant smell reaches him as he is looking for the source of the noises.
Gorm is much too focused on the aftermath of the fight and the type of sly pickpockets who might take advantage of such to notice any stinking well... so as things wind down he returns to the bar and looks for another drink.

Jeremiah may be in listening/watching range
Violet's eye's widen, taking in the blue-haired pale stranger. Then she straightens and adjusts her cloak.
"Buy me a drink and perhaps we'll chat. I know Waterdeep..."
She has a faint, strange accent, but her enunciation is reminiscent of the way the upper classes speak
Doh
Violet's eyes and ears shift from the blue-haired stranger towards the louder noises in the tavern...

She takes the 'ready' action.
