I am trying to purchase Candlekeep Mysteries through the mobile app. It is showing full price. I thought because I bought the legendary bundle all my purchases were at a reduced price. Saving an additional 15%.
It appears there are issues when adding this book, should I just wait until these other issues are resolved?

The Legendary Bundle discount applies to purchases through the website/marketplace, not to purchases via the app. The team are still looking into the access issues.
I'm having the same issue as everyone else on the web site. My d&d beyond phone app had it available for download. I was able to download and view the book there. However the web site is clearly having it's own issue.
I'm having the same issue as others trying to read the book. However the magic items do show up in the magic items section. I also found an issue with one magic item:
Serpent Scale Armor says "In addition, this armor does not impose disadvantage on your Dexterity (Stealth) checks." However when you add the armor to your character it DOES impose disadvantage.

Please check that your character has proficiency with medium armor - if they do not, as per the rules:
Armor Proficiency. Anyone can put on a suit of armor or strap a shield to an arm. Only those proficient in the armor's use know how to wear it effectively, however. Your class gives you proficiency with certain types of armor. If you wear armor that you lack proficiency with, you have disadvantage on any ability check, saving throw, or attack roll that involves Strength or Dexterity, and you can't cast spells.

I'm having the same issue with being directed to the shop. I should note that Image links (the map and cover art) work, but the links to the text of the book do not. Also, I tried searching a chapter title, and can confirm that attempting to access the book from the search function also directs me to the shop. I can access compendium content, though.
Much like some others, I cannot access Candlekeep Mysteries, been looking for a work-around but I just don't seem to have any way to access it beyond the "You already own this" screen. (Edit: WORKS NOW!!! Thank you D&D Beyond support!)

Hey folks - we're aware that this is an issue (the original post by Stormknight also states this) so please be assured that the devs are working on fixing this ASAP. We'll let everyone know once this issue has been resolved.
I purchased this book through the DNDBeyond app, and it said that the purchase was charged, but the book was not added to my collection, and that I'd have to show my receipt to receive my purchase. That has never happened before. If I do need to show my receipt, to whom should I show it?
Hey Everyone - we are looking into the issues regarding some users not being able to access - will advise when we have more info.
For the Compendium App - the team usually take a day or two to have the new source added. We will announce when CM is in the app.

I can see it in the reader app.
Guessing from the number of people giving the same information, it seems like "a lot" rather than "some" users.
Same here, cannot access the content, it just throws me to the purchase page with the "You already own this" statement.

Yep I'm a dummy, sorry about that.
Every book I have purchased prior to this one has honored my discount. This must be a new policy?
I have also been having this issue not matter how I try to access it

I just gained access to the contents of the book after being redirected to the store page all day.
I also just got access after trying again.
Working!
Good job, tech folk :)
I did notice that when going to the Monsters tool, you cannot choose Candlekeep Mysteries as a source.
