I noticed when creating one of the new Dragonborn races they are supposed to get an additional language, but there is no place to select that language, in the beyond character creator.
You may have to update the list of books, check the top of the downloads page.
I saw the screenshot one of the admins posted. There's nothing that looks like that in my app sadly.
I do have a Galaxy phone, so possibly what the other guy said I guess.. Kinda sucks it's announced to be 24 hours when it's apparently consistently 2-3 days on Galaxy phones.

I run 2 campaigns and I noticed that the Fizban Draconic feats are available to the players in the campaigns. When I try to add one of the those feats to one of my characters not in a campaign, they are not available.
I too am having this issue. I've even updated the app in the google play store but the book is not available.
New releases are typically available on the mobile app on the day following release.
The App got an Update. In the App description, it says the app has full support of Fizzbans now. But it isn't showing up.
I am able to download in the old reader app, but not the new app which is full up to date.
After installing the update from the respective app store, you may also then have an update to process within the app - for Android (as an example), you should see an Update the List of Books notification at the top after opening the app.
I don't have that option (Samsung Android)
I also cleared the cache, didn't work.
Edit: Delete Data in the Android Options did the trick, though I have to download all books again.

That sounds like someone in that campaign has bought the book, and content sharing is turned on for that campaign. This is working as intended -- the items shared are only available for characters in that campaign.
This issue with new books not showing in the app listing is EXTREMELY frustrating. I have two Android devices - a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone and a Samsung Tab A tablet. Both fully up to date, with the most recent app version as well. Both were also updated to the current list of books. On BOTH, I never saw Witchlight (shared with me via a campaign) last time, and had to uninstall the app, reinstall and redownload everything. I still am not seeing Fizban's (which I purchased myself). I'm assuming I'll end up needing to do the full uninstall/reinstall, again. It's ridiculous that I need to, and I really hope this gets fixed sooner rather than later.

The only dragonborn option that shows up for me is the PHB dragonborn (I do not own the PHB though). I am having several other issues trying to adapt a homebrew of the PHB dragonborn, but since the race I am trying to make is far closer to the Fizban's Gem dragonborn I would rather use that as the template to remove most of the issues (the breath weapon table not updating, the ability score increases not changing, the languages not letting me use "select a language", and finally once I assign the homebrew race I cannot select a new race [the text for the button is there but I cannot click on anything]).

The Dragonborn race is in the Basic Rules. The 3 new types of Dragonborn are all variants, so you'll find them on the Dragonborn race page, under the Dragonborn Traits section.
Since they are variants, you want to create a homebrew Variant Race, of Dragonborn, using one of the 3 as a template.

For whatever reason the Samsung galaxy phones take 48 to 72 hours to show up unless you delete the app and then re-download everything. Its annoying.

The hoard items all should have the ability to select a quirk as they all get a quirk by default. None of them do.

Trying to make a gem or metallic dragonborn in character creator the ability to chose racial stats is not showing up.
It's been moved to the actual "Abilities" tab.
