The Call of the Netherdeep rivals character Maggie Keeneyes (Tier 3) stat block has a Wisdom score of 14, but her Maggie Keeneyes (Tier 2) stat block has her Wisdom at 16. I doubt this debuff was intentional, since her passive perception was kept as 16. Can this be resolved?

If it’s that way in the print version of the book, it will have to stay until WOTC issues errata for it. If the print version is correct, it’s something they can fix quickly.
In the physical book, the Wisdom went down as well, but they also lowered the passive perception. So the bug here would be that the passive perception for Tier 3 Maggie is wrong.
When I open Inventory and add "Jewel of Three Prayers (Dormant)" the website throws an error that the item can not be added to my inventory. Am I doing something wrong?

I just had a look and was able to add the Jewel of Three Prayers (Dormant) to your character for you.

I'm not sure if this have already been reported but, the thumbnail for Backdrop 1 is missing and select Backdrop 1, 2,4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 causes the Backdrop in the character sheet to became blank.
Note: Turns out lots of the backdrop suffer from either missing thumbnail or blank backdrop in character sheet.

This is not an issue with the book or it's implementation. This is a caching problem with your browser. I recommend you clear your cache and reload
I've left a more in-depth comment outlining the issue on the monster's page, but there is a large discrepancy in the statblock for Irvan Wastewalker (Tier 2) that does not accurately reflect his ability score growth from Tier 1 and onward to Tier 3; Similar issue to what an earlier comment mentioned regarding Maggie Keeneye's Wisdom score discrepancy. It is also printed in error in the physical book copy as well.
I realize that it is an issue for WotC to fix and/or errata, but now that DDB is a subsidiary of WotC, I was hoping this would bring it to their attention.
Every time i try and access chapter 6 it redirects me to chapter 5.
Apologies - the Netherdeep's magic was extremely temperamental - especially with the multiverse converging in the way it did - this should now be fixed. Thanks for the report!
I don't know where else to ask this, I want to run Netherdeep for family via a VTT - does the full purchase include the maps that are in the book? The marketplace listing says "includes the book in digital format" and the compendium content only says includes "the book in digital format ... with all the artwork and maps," so I'm not really sure which to get.
If maps are included, are they just art embedded in the page, or can they be downloaded to my PC and used on a VTT?

Yes, the maps are included. And you cans save the maps to your PC and upload to a VTT. In many cases, there is even a players’ map available.
Thank you! I appreciate the answer

Hello! I started the campaign at VDDW this weekend, and acquired the Jewel! Unfortunately, I can't add the item to my character's sheet.
Character sheet is here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/70131783

I turned off Beyond20 as part of my testing. It is possible some other extension was also causing issues. Thank you for adding it.

Just found this typo from running a session last night.
Chapter 3 - Locations in Bazzoxan - B7 - The Ready Room
States "The Ready Room is run by Delez and Prima Demona"
towards the end of the next paragraph - "where Derez prepares food for guests"
guessing that should say Delez?
Is this no longer allowed to be bought as a strictly digital purchase?

I had to search for it int he Marketplace, as it didn’t show up in the categories, but I do have a digital only purchase option when I find it.

It only lets me pick Physical or Physical+Digital, automatically & visibly pivoting to those & resisting my attempts to purchase digital-only.
Methinks I may need to *shudder* enable trackers to get it to work.
