It has been a week and the Android DND beyond reader app doesn't give me my Spelljammer content. I waited 24 hours, installed my app login/out multiple times. Am I just bugged or did I wasted $50 dollars
I know that Hadozee backstory was removed from digital content, but was the picture also offensive? Currently, it is the only race in the book without a picture, but my print copy has a picture so I know it exists. Will this be added back in?

At least some of the Hadozee artwork was offensive, yes, as it used poses from black face minstrel shows. My guess (and it is only a guess) is that they pulled all the art until it could be vetted properly. I do hope we get some new art for the Hadozee eventually, but commissioning new art takes time.

A medieval bard is also called a minstrel.
There's also a british chocolote called Minstrels. Is this share time, now?

Which is why I specified the type of minstrel show the pose was based on: racist black face minstrel shows designed to mock and dehumanize black people. Thus the offense of the imagery.
They image may have been fine on its own. The pose is common to how bards are depicted in Dnd. Without the lore talking about slavery and colonialism, it may have never been seen as racist. Remember that the controversy blew up with the public after Boo's Astral Menagerie was released. It wasn't found with the preview materials. People connected the dots when reading the lore. This changed the context for the image. The lore and image are tied together in the mind of the public. There are plenty of classes they can depict as Hadozee. Replace the bard with an artificer. They may also reimagine the Hadozee as looking more like flying squirrels. Make them cute with big fluffy tails.

There was also the issue that the character was a monkey (often used as a racist way to depict Black people) and barefoot (also part of racist tropes). So it wasn’t just the lore, but that was certainly part of it. I agree that a different class and leaning more into flying squirrel would be helpful, unless I’m missing other problematic tropes.
I have checked a few times to be sure, and I own this sourcebook, but when I go to character creator NONE of the races are showing up. Is this something others are seeing? I could really use some help with this as I have players wanting to play plasmoids.
The personal characteristics section (personality traits, ideals, bonds flaws) for the Wildspacer background are empty. Are they being rewritten or is it something else?

The errata of Spelljammer changed the Eye monger tremorsense for Blindsight but the statblock still shows the tremorsense.
Can confirm.
Thanks for the catch - this errata has been applied with the mobile app being updated in turn.

Wizards has issued me a refund for the purchase.
Abide.
Question to the dev's: is there any sight on whether the hadrozee art will be reuploaded/recommissioned?

You bought the full book ($29.99) and not the compendium ($19.99)?

It was just the close encounter. I wonder why they didn't add the characteristics?
My DM has content sharing on for the book, but I can't add any of the spells/ select any of the race options for my character in their campaign
