The subclasses are not appearing in the character builder.

everything is synced, Chaosium checked, no content.

I have talked to several others and it doesn’t work for them either 

Same issue here. All licenses are synced, I've selected Chaosium (I have all Partnered selected by default), and made a level 3 2024 Barbarian and cannot see the new subclass.

basically a lot of Chris’ patrons bought this and noone can get it to work

Entitlement's Synced. I can see nothing from the book in Character Creator. 
Subclasses, Background, Feats or Spells.

Edit; The subclasses also don't show up under the class pages to be viewed. Can only view them if you go directly to the book.

Edit2: When trying to view spells, via the Spells Page, links/tooltips from a class within the sourcebook. IT tells me I need to purchase the book and takes me to the Marketplace. Even though my account shows I have purchased the book, and having already Sync'd Entitlements

Same feedback as everyone else. Licenses synced, nothing in character creator.

I'm in the same boat. Chaosium checked, entitlements synced. I can read the sourcebook, but none of the content appears to be accessible in the character creator, and I get sent to the marketplace page when I try to click to view any of the subclasses.

I am receiving, "This content is part of the Cthulu by Torchlight digital content pack. Click to visit the marketplace for purchasing options." when trying to click or use the tooltip for the new source-specific spells, like Doom. Entitlements synced, can read the rest of the book, but these are broken.

None of the content is showing in D&D beyond character creator for me. I have confirmed my licenses are synced, have tried on browser and beyond app. I can download and READ the book but not use any of it.

Having the same issues here as well. i have followed the above given advice.

I'm suffering the same problem as everyone else here, own the book but cant access it on the character sheet or when searching for things from the book.

hope this is fixed fast 

Same here. I'm synced, chaosium is checked, but nothing is available in the character builder. I can see the monsters when I sort for those.
