I opened a support ticket to DnDbeyond support last Monday [June 1st, 2020] I have not yet heard any sort of customer support response back. Is this normal? I've never had to use the dndbeyond customer support before so I'm not sure. The automated email says it takes 48-72 Hours for a response.. but it has been well over that.

No, not usually. In the past if I submitted a ticket on a Friday evening by Monday afternoon at the latest I have had a response. I’m pretty sure we both submitted tickets about the same thing if I remember correctly (Shiftweave and Spellshard?) and I haven’t heard back either. Dollars to doughnuts it’s a real head-twister and they need time to figure it out because of how weird and specific the bug is.

Yeah that makes sense, I guess I thought I would at the very least get a message "We know its a problem and are working on it." Or at least some sort of response. /shrug

We did, that’s basically what the claim ticket confirmation email is.
Yes, I have both Eberron sources (Wayfarer's Guide and The Last War). I'm sharing my content in a campaign, but neither I nor my players can see the Eberron Orc. It was there last week, but it's not now.
I'm not sure if this has to do with the source material or its D&D Beyond translation, but there's a clear bug in the stat block for the Living Cloudkill. The hit points and attack bonus (both based on Constitution) suggest a Con bonus of +5. As is, its Constitution score is 14 (+2), which is lower than that of both of the weaker living spells, Living Burning Hands and Living Lightning Bolt. As such, I suspect the intent was to have a Con score of 20 on this block, following the progression of the other two.
Might have already been mentioned but the steel defender's stats in the character sheet show +6 athletics while the description of the ability and the monster entry show only +4. Only a minor thing but it might bug some people (like me ;-) ).
I don't know if this has been answered. If someone can direct me please. A search doesn't have anything show up.
Bug: The Steel Defender's stats do not change on D&D Beyond with the Artificer's proficiency advancement. I can't change the skills, saves, and attacks based on the increase in the artificer's proficiency. All I can update are the HP's and AC.
hi im having a similar issue! i was about homebrew a 'steel defender +4' to make up for the stats that were meant to scale but noticed some of them DID scale, like athletics and perception (sort of) but it looks like only the health and athletics skills scaled properly? as the rend and repairs haven't changed, and perception only increased by half of what it should have. (my proficiency bonus is plus four and the perception bonus starts at plus 4, so i believe it should be +8? but is instead only+2)
Dragonmark variants/subraces - there are 13 of these presented in Chapter 1. All of them have a racial feature named, "Spells of the Mark" that adds spells to the character's spell list, if that class has spellcasting or pact magic. We haven't been able to model that correctly at this time, but will implement as soon as we are able to.
So anyway, yeah, not implemented yet, they're working on it.

We're just really eager to see it online since it is a major feature for these races. I just built a weird Mark of Healing character but can't add healing word to her sheet due to spells of the mark not being accessible yet. I won't pretend I understand the ins and outs of the system Beyond utilizes, but after almost a year of waiting it is understandable that some folks are feeling impatient.

Eberron Orc does not show up... the only Orc that shows up is the Volo's Orc.
Have You purchased an Eberron source book here? If not, are you in a campaign with content sharing turned on?

Still cannot add shiftweave and spellshard, it has been a week since I enter support ticket.... What is going on here?
Just to confirm, do you have the Eberron toggle enabled in the character builder? This is what it should look like:
Yes, before I even post the bug actually.
I'm not even mad about the bug anymore, just the lack of responses from the support team.
I have also been missing these items for weeks. Support asked me a question, I answered it with pictures about a week ago. Still nada.

here is my character link to check the issue.
The Magic Items filter list includes Artificer as a tag, but no items are associated with it. Is it possible to tag the Replicable Items?
My dragon mark speel are not showing up in my spell list is this normal or is there an issue.
I will never understand why people don't read the first post of a thread, at least, before replying. Literally the first post:
