Crawling from the darkest recesses of D&D’s history comes a ferocious menagerie of monsters malevolent and benign! These creatures first appeared in the Fiend Folio for first edition AD&D.
Now, thanks to your support of Extra Life, they enter the world of fifth edition D&D.
The killmoulis' "Curse of Poor Hospitality" action lists it as a ranged weapon attack, when it likely shouldn't. It's not a weapon attack and doesn't seem to require an attack roll. The other action, the "Blessing of Bountiful Generosity" functions in a similar way, but lacks the ranged weapon attack bit.
The mite's size is listed as Medium Small. This appears to be an error.
I bought this and the new adventure today. The new adventure is fine but the Folio is showing up as costing $9.99 (struck through) then the new price is $2.50 ('Discounted for previously purchased content'). This makes it look as though there's still more to buy - and clicking it in the Sources menu takes me to that page in the shop - but of course I actually own the whole thing.
I own the Legendary Bundle and used the new holiday code on my purchase today, which I am guessing is very relevant. Is it set up as a bundle like the Icespire Peak series on the assumption that there will be a 'volume 2'? Because it's super confusing this way. My Marketplace page is looking really messy with all of these lingering values from bundles I own but haven't 'unlocked' and it's making it increasingly hard to see which content is new and still needs buying :/
There's also a bug in the description, which claims it includes both 18 and 17 new monsters (I believe that 17 is the correct figure going by the shop page since I don't have any actual index page). I took a picture showing both issues.
In your case, it looks like you purchased the monster bundle for this book rather than the whole thing. The remaining $2.50 would unlock the Compendium access (this is why you get redirected from the menu). However, you do have access to the monsters directly. You can click View Details for them on the marketplace page or search for them in the listings.
I've also fixed the bug displaying 18 monsters as you are correct about there only being 17.
We definitely hear you regarding your feedback about the marketplace page and I ask you to just stay tuned because we may have some news to share about that in the future :)
Aha, thank you! I don't know how I managed to accidentally buy the Folio in a different format to everything else I own but I have now rectified that :D
I'll look forward to the other news when it's ready!
It looks like there's a discrepancy in between the Khargra's card in MMFFv1 and the khargra's monter stat card. The MMFFV1 version shows it's bite attack as having a con check and a failure results in 24 (7d6) poison damage (quite a bit for a CR 1/8 creature), while the monster stat card does not list this.
Bite.Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 24 (7d6) poison damage on a failed save, and if the target is wearing metal armor or carrying a metal shield, the khargra attaches to that armor or shield.

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately as the offices are closed at the moment, this will likely get addressed when everyone gets back, but I've noted it and passed it along for when they do return.
In the Xill, there are two different spellings for Keraptis/Kerpatis in each paragraph:
An Ancient Remnant. A variety of theories attempt to explain the xills and their origin. The one found most plausible by scholars of the planes concerns the enigmatic wizard Keraptis. Supposedly, Keraptis long ago crafted a demiplane to serve as personal domain from which he could dispatch his servitors to collect the powerful artifacts he longed to stockpile. The xills were his creation, servitors who could slip to and from the Ethereal plane and steal any artifact or kidnap any person he wished to collect.
A Mysterious Task. Little has been heard of Kerpatis. Save for the recent theft of three mighty items in the World of Greyhawk, he has remained primarily a figure of myth, rumor, and legend. As an inveterate collector of magic items, though, his demiplane is likely filled with powerful artifacts long thought lost to the multiverse. If the story is true, his demiplane is undoubtedly guarded by strange traps and logic-defying puzzles, along with a legion of brainwashed servitors and countless xills. As to the fate ofthe individuals seized by the xills, they perhaps form the bulk of Kerpatis’s followers. Brainwashed by his magic and set to guard his many dungeons, these fanatics are among his most dangerous followers. It is telling that the xills rarely kidnap commoners. Instead, they target young but promising adventurers, those whose natural talent and aptitude point to a bright future but whose skills have not yet grown sharp enough to repel a dedicated assault.

This is also a typo from the original PDF that WotC would need to fix.
not really a bug...just an observational issue for whoever cares.
Background: Back when my kid was in 2nd grade (he's now in 6th), his teacher (1 of 6 teachers for 2nd grade in that school district) made them study cursive writing...which was not a curriculum requirement, just the requirement of an old teacher. That teacher has since retired and the school no longer teaches reading or writing cursive to anyone at any age. This is the way the vast majority of schools around the country are going.
Issue: So my issue is with the entirety of page 3 of the pdf (and other notes scattered throughout the publication)....WotC is making stuff our next generation just can't read. His friends that didn't have that one specific teacher skip that whole page. They never learned cursive....they don't know how to read it.
So, there are a few issues with Ygorl, Lord of Entropy (https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/ygorl-lord-of-entropy) I just purchased the PDF from the source and the discrepancies are: Missing Arcana, Deception, Intimidation, Persuasion skill proficiencies. Missing Charmed and Exhaustion condition immunity missing Truesight

Thanks for the heads up - this should now be fixed!

Best!
Hi there,
yes, this is correct, as per the sourcebook published by Wizards of the Coast.
