I’ve had the book for a while now and when I first purchased it all the character options were available but now even when I activate critical role content none of the options show up. Anyone else with this issue?
I'm having issues accessing any Explorers' Guide to Wildemount content in the character builder. I'm unable to use any of their subclasses or races.. Anyone else having the same problem?
I tried searching through the thread but got tried with people asking how to add the new spells to the wrong wizards. So sorry if it has already been answered.
Now that there is the alpha of the dice rolling is there anyway to add Gift of Alacrity (1d8) to initiative rolls?

No, but then you can just roll it manually easily enough.

Not if using the numbers to go straight to roll20 (beyond 20)... but fair enough.

OK. Another thing to check would be to make sure the Critical Role content slider (the first page of character setup) is on (red). Also, if you literally just purchased it, sometimes it can take a little bit for the content to register. If it's been days, you would need to open up a support ticket.
All my Wildemount options have disappeared the the character builder. They used to be there, and now they’re not. And I have the critical role content selected so it is not that. It seems like a few others have raised above. Is there a bug?
I tried to give my players a Ring of Obscuring and it did not appear in the inventory search. I double checked and content sharing for the guide is enabled on my campaign.

Do they have “critical role” content enabled for the character sheets? The switch should be red. If it is on, try turning it off and on again.
Under the "Welcome to Wildemount" section of the book,--> "Calendar and Time" --> "Holidays" it fails to mention the start of Spring. It mentions the start for all the other seasons. (Zenith, Harvest's Close, and Barren Day), although it only calls Barren Day as "Winter's Longest Night"
It does however mention under Melora. "Holy Day. Melora’s holy day is Wild’s Grandeur, which is celebrated on the vernal equinox, usually the twentieth day of the third month. " In real life the vernal equinox is the start of spring, not saying it is the start of spring in Exandria but could be "deduced". However in the Tal'dorei Campaign book which I understand is not official it does say this
"The coming of Spring is signified by the beginning days of Dualahei. The official start of the season is observed on the 13th and celebrated with a festival of barely ripened food, games, and music, called the Renewal Festival."
As well as regarding Winter it says
" The chill of Winter arrives to bring longer nights and cleansing snow in the month of Duscar, marked by the 2nd day (referred to as the Barren Eve, a nighttime celebration and remembrance of those who fell in battle)."
Which officially lists Barren Eve as the start of Winter.
So, I’ve downloaded several portions of this...how long do I need to wait to have it ready to use on the website?
Nevermind, it seems you have to go in and click the “Critical Role” content in order to have it work.
Chapter 1 -> Modern Dwendalian Empire -> 2nd paragraph: think there's a typo. "Master Ikithon Trent of the Cerberus Assembly" vs Trent Ikithon

Have you enabled Critical Role content on the first page?

Is your character second level? You don't pick your tradition at first level.

I'm unable to access any of this sourcebook material in my character creator
Have you purchased it? If so, do you have the Eberron toggle on for the character?

No idea how it became unsync’d as I used to have the options... but that has sorted it! Thanks! :)
