Arcane Recovery has no function. The text is just a snippet code that does the math of class-level, divided by 2, rounded up. As already mentioned, one feature cannot rewrite or change another. A feat cannot change a class feature. An item cannot change a class feature. So there isn't anything that will change the Arcane Recovery's text.
To enable this requires changing how snippets and text work. That involves remaking the entire system for all forms of features.
That's a LOT of work just so you can do the mental math/memory of "+1". If you have such a memory you need a reminder, just make a custom action, set as display as attack, named "Note: Arcane Recovery +1".
Seems simpler than expecting the devs remake the system for you.

OK I've tried searching everywhere and my problem is actually posted in this thread as a fix.
Trying to use a non homebrew version of circle of stars which is meant to be in this book. I cannot for the life of me find anyway (even though dm has shared sourcebooks) to change my circle. I don't mind the homebred option but as far as I can tell a couple of the perks are not showing up in my player sheet in the app.
Has anyone found a way to get this option? (apart from the obvious toggle off/on the source books and homebrew) thanks to anyone who can help, I have contacted d&d beyond but am fully aware they may take some time to reply given the company is changing around currently. If I receive an update from them I will post in here to help any future problems others may face with it.

is your character actually in the campaign where the content share is turned on?

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
I'm not asking the devs to rewrite the whole program just for this—that's a straw man—but I also don't see why what I'm asking for demands items or feats altering class features.
The snippet for recovery level in the feature is currently =roundup(wizard level/2), right? Couldn't the snippet be =[roundup(wizard level/2) + X], where X is a variable that equals 1 if you have an arcane grimoire attuned and 0 in all other cases? That doesn't seem like something that alters the class feature.
Is it just a policy that they won't put anything in a class feature (including in its snippets) that is dependent on anything except, say, level or (sub)class level? Is there some technical reason why the snippet in the feature can't refer to or look up any other variables except wizard level? Why would it be able to look up that but not some other variable?
There is no variable for arcane recovery and no facility to do what you are asking without some rewriting, as mentioned. Snippets do not work in that way. There is no facility for that "+X". Neither the feature nor snippets work that way. So add this requires some rewriting, a lot of effort for something most don't need and those that do need can just add a note to their sheet.
Maybe the General Features rework they're doing might enable it, until then it's a solid nope and even if a yes, would be so low priority it will be years away.
Just to add, I'm not saying this to be negative to you. It's a good idea and it would be fantastic. I'm just managing the expectation that most have and maybe make people aware that the behind the scenes machinations are not as simple people think. That's all. It was a good suggestion, please do keep making suggestions. :)

Yeah, dm shared content for the whole thing, also he's my partner and he's even tried to set it up via his account which is obviously linked to all the books and even then he can't. We did have an issue as he'd added someone else they couldn't access any of the books, so he turned off content sharing for it, refreshed everything and that worked for their problem after toggling it all back on. Just didn't forsee the issue with the circle until wed levelled up and I was able to add my circle. Saw it was suppidly fixed a year or so ago.
He even basically started a new campaign with everything but the option for this book toggled off, just to see if he could get it to show. (I can't remember which one it's directly under)
It's just a little frustrating being able to access most content but this is currently the one piece we can't use and I really want it. I'm gonna play around with a few characters eventually and avoid druids for the next one (unless I really pull towards another circle)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for d&d beyond to respond and have a fix

To be clear, this is not a universal problem; most of us who have access to the content can change circles to circle of stars. I’m glad you’ve contacted support. I know the person sharing content has turned content sharing off and back on again, and that your character is in the campaign. Have you tried checking on your entitlements in your account?
You might also try bumping the character in question up a level and then back down: sometimes that “wakes up” the system to refresh things.
Finally, please post the url to your character here: those of us who are typical forum users won’t be able to poke around enough to sort it out, but if a moderator has time, they can take a deeper look.
Fighting Style - Thrown Weapon Fighting. Displays information on the character sheet, but does not automatically increase damage on throwing weapons. If you take this fighting style for a character, please use the character sheet and select valid weapons, customizing them to add the +2 damage. We are working on a solution for this known issue.

I know the system for actually scaling statblocks (for the new summoning spells etc.) isn't working yet, but the Homunculus Servant Infusion for the Artificer still uses the "Archived Playtest" statblock that has the Might of the Master feature. However, the most recent version of the statblock doesn't have that feature and instead lists PB instead of certain numbers.
I have enabled the Primal Awareness additional class feature for a sixth level ranger, but when I go into my spells only Speak with Animals will show up. When I click on Speak With Animals and then click into Primal Awareness, it only shows that Speak With Animals is useable, even though 5th level should unlock Beast Sense.
Speak With Animals is available for free from the Basic Rules; Beast Sense is from the Player's Handbook. Do you have access to the PHB on this site, either through purchase or campaign sharing?
Yup! I have personally purchased the spell list from the PHB.
I'm having the same issue here in 2022. I have purchased the Player's Handbook and Tasha's on DnDBeyond, gone in to the Optional Features Manager and checked the check box for Primal Awareness, and do in fact see an option for Speak With Animals (subtitled as a Primal Awareness-enabled spell) as a once-a-day spell in my 5th-level Ranger character sheet, but Beast Sense does not show up as an option. Any perspective on this--a workaround that will give me the once-per-long-rest check box for the spell, or an ETA on having the PHB spells in the Ranger's Primal Awareness table show up in the character sheets?
Same issue here. I have access to the content and made sure the boxes are checked. I've tried all the fixes I've seen so far and still see Speak with Animals but not Beast Sense.
Not sure if this is a bug or if I just need clarification regarding the Canny ability of the Deft Explorer feature. The Canny ability states, "Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses the chosen skill." That said, I'd assume it should not affect passive skill checks such as the passive wisdom Perception, as no actual skill check roll occurs.
Does it affect the passive checks as well or is it a bug and my level 5 Ranger with 14 WIS should have a passive perception check of 15 instead of the 18 my character sheet displays?

I found a problem with Eldritch adept, when you play as non warlock character it won't let you pick certain options even tho you have the prequisite. For example I can't pick agonizing blast even tho I have eldritch blast.

You need to be a warlock to choose invocations with prerequisites, non-warlocks can only choose invocations that have none, so you can't take it even if they would meet a prerequisite unfortunately.

Is there any workaround for swapping the subclass spells on an Aberrant Mind Sorcerer/Clockwork Sorcerer? I just made one for a new campaign but this bug is severely cutting into having the build function.
Similar issue with the fighting style maneuver, is there a dev-made "homebrew" feat we can use to put in it's place for the time being?

For Superior Technique, you can homebrew a copy of the Martial Adept feat, and change the Number of Options from 2 to 1.

Passive ability checks are still considered ability checks, as noted here in the rules: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/using-ability-scores#PassiveChecks
As such, your passive Perception score is correctly determined by adding 10 to your Perception skill modifier.
