Merasmus, the evil wizard, has given the Bombinomicon a magic carpet because he felt like it. Now that it can move around, the Bombinomicon is exploding everything and everyone it comes across. The party must find a way to stop it, but they must be careful, for the Bombinomicon can turn their heads into bombs at will.
An unusually smart and incredibly powerful tarrasque was imprisoned in a demiplane by a group of demigods. The only person who can free him is a long dead evil mage of great power- who happens to be one of the characters great great grandparents! The tarrasque’s minions have resurrected him, and now the PC’s must stop their ancient ancestor before the tarrasque is freed and goes on a rampage against the demigod’s who bested him.

The sentient singing blade Orbirim was kidnapped by an EPO(Efreeti political organization. Basically the City of Brass' version of American political parties) on a tour to create unrest among the sword's legions of fans. This makes sense.
A temple has offered services by an aboloth accidentally. Interesting.
A priest from a large coastal village was walking by the cliffs one day when they caught the attention of a cunning aboleth lurking in the underwater caves below. The Aboleth send them at message, probing their mind, and enslaving them under the ruse of a god. Rumors spread, and travelers came from far and wide to experience the prophecies, only to be manipulated by the aberration, who uses the victim’s desires and its faux godly status to its advantage. Most of the temple is oblivious, but several key figures are under the aboleth’s complete control. The adventures could notice a NPC acting weird and trace it back to the temple, be looking for divine guidance for themself or a friend, or simply stop by on their travels, but they’ll need to figure out what’s happening, what the aboleth is planning, and stop it before it’s too late.
This is actually quite cool. I might run this. Not as wacky as some of the others, but unique enough to be a fun adventure.

The party is sent to hunt down an evil warlock and return an artefact which was stolen from the local temple of Oghma, the god of knowledge. They succeed and the artefact is returned, and some time later they return to find that the temple is swarming with pilgrims, and that the priests have somehow gained a vast wealth of knowledge about the past. It turns out that the high priest has been using the artefact from the Warlock, which was gifted to them by their Aboleth patron, to tap into the memories of the Aboleth and so gain access to vast reserves of knowledge.
Until recently, the Aboleth did not know that the Warlock was dead, and thought that the high priest was the warlock. in the last few days, the Aboleth realised the high priest was a different person, and has withdrawn its services - unless the Priest swears to serve the Aboleth.
To kill the priest would cast the adventurers into exile - they must discover where the Aboleth resides and break its hold over the priest.

The Livestock has been Enslaved by a Mysterious Stranger to summon their all powerful master.
This is... eerie to say the least - I just had this idea an hour ago and noted it down for further contemplation. Now we have the exact same thing generated by random numbers - it's a sign!
One day in town, the livestock starts to act weirdly - coordinated and with purpose, they free themselves and march out of town into the wilds, seemingly at the behest of a small stranger in a cloak, who was seen that night leading them from the town. Now the adventurers must track down the cows, and find a trail of meaningful destruction in their wake - they broke into a museum and actually questioned the curator, stole an artefact and made their way out again, causing no collateral damage. Ultimately the players catch up with them, and the figure in the cloak reveals itself to be a... beaver? with magical powers?!?
Meanwhile, somewhere deep in the ocean, lies a cursed aboleth, who has been cursed to never enslave another humanoid again. The Aboleth eventually found an ambitious creature which took its deal, one which shared an affinity with water but could operate on land. It used this, its agent of release, to enslave other creatures and to find the artefacts needed to break its curse and release it upon the world again.
I'm honestly so surprised that this was generated so similarly to an existing idea I was working on today! XD
The road has been barricaded by cultists to prevent disaster.
The winding road through a nearby canyon has been barricaded, halting trade. The adventures are hired to find the cause, and trace it to a nearby cult. But the cult knows something- a small hobgoblin military force is approaching, and the cult wants to slow them down and intercept them. The party can beat the cult and then go after the goblins alone, or join forces with them to take out the army.
A pet is burnt down by a necromancer to pay for their gambling addiction.
The party’s pet elemental, a little creature made entirely of gold, has attracted the attention of a necromancer who was once a great mage, but was ruined by his gambling and is in an incredible amount of debt. He has send a squad of ghouls to kidnap the elemental and melt it down to repay his debt. The party must protect or rescue their pet and defeat the undead and their leader.

long ago an minor earth elemental was eaten by a herd of hungery goats on a mountain the same earth elemental returns now to eat the goats.of course a rock can not eat goats so they get stuck in their belly.the party must free the goats from inside the earth elemental and return them to their grazing grounds before the elemental can harm them.

This one’s pretty simple. A hill giant has sent caused panic by burning down the inn. The PCs must stop the giants and calm the townspeople.
