Aarakocra's in Crixitov are wanderers in the beastlands, nameless thieves and assassins endlessly searching for redemption.
Betrayers of the Air. Aarakocra were created by the djinn to be their perfect servants, eternally loyal, with complete mastery over the element of air. The Aarakocra had one fatal flaw: they were overcome with greed. They longed for wealth and power more than anything else and were willing to do anything to gain it. They betrayed the djinn and were never the same again.
Hapless Wanderers. After betraying the djinn, the Aarakocra were stripped of their previous power and confined to a physical form. They were struck down to the mortal realm, becoming lost souls, doomed to wander. The djinn left only a small window of salvation open for them: if they managed to overcome their greed, they may join the djinn.
Natural Assassins. The Aarakocra are gifted assassins due to their natural ability to hide and their swift flight, which is used to dive down from the sky, attack, and make a quick getaway. Their greed attributes to their career as well, and they only take jobs that will pay them well.
In the beginning, there was The Unfathomable. A comprehension of the power of this being would break the mind of even the most level-headed being. A single thought of The Unfathomable, it created the Totality, A being of immeasurable and unfathomable power, the Totality embodied existence. It created two towers, one red, and one blue. The blue was made from gemstone, engraved with magnificent golden patterns. The red, however, was made from a deep crimson metal, outlined with a menacing red glow. Two beings were created, whose only purpose was to guard the towers, collectively known as The Caretakers.
The Caretaker of the Blue tower was inclined towards peace, while the Caretaker of the Red was aggressive and had more war-like tendencies. The Red believed that if the Caretakers would team together, they would have enough power to challenge the totality’s rule. The Blue caretaker did not approve of such needless destruction, after all, the totality provided everything they ever needed and will ever need. Red was outraged by this response and attempted to destroy Blue.
Using all of their power, Blue destroyed Red, setting in place a scheme greater than existence had ever known.
For little did Blue know, Red had predicted the outcome of this encounter and had created a fail-safe. While the body of red was destroyed, a fraction of their soul still resided inside of Blue. Over time, Blue was corrupted by Red’s power, transforming Blue into the monstrous being known as the Night Snake. The night snake fused the towers into the two known multiverses: five spheres popped into existence, dedicated to the force of good (known as the Azure Flames), five spheres dominated by the force of evil (known as the Crimson Sea), and two of true neutrality, thus spawning the twelve Universes.
The night serpent was not content to rule over the two multiverses, seeking greater and greater power. They challenged the totality to a duel for the fate of existence. This epic battle lasted millennia, putting all of the multiverses in grave danger. These battles had serious repercussions across existence, spawning worship of the night snakes power, as well as sects dedicated to enforcing the Totalities will.
The Totality inevitably won, aided by the infinite power of The Unfathomable, shattering the Night Snake into 2 pieces. The pieces morphed into completely new beings: The head transformed into a new Night Snake, although its power was significantly lower. The Tail Transformed into the more powerful of the two, a Ruler of all Evil, a dreaded being named Pumpkin Jack. After this act, the Unfathomable fell into a deep, heavy, slumber.

These battles had serious repercussions across existence, spawning worship of the night snake's power, as well as sects dedicated to enforcing the Totality’s will. Some creatures even spawned trying to enforce the will of both, warping and changing until they became the horrifying force known as aberrations.
This act drained the unfathomable so, and it fell into a deep, heavy, slumber.
But another remained. The soul of the night snake sundered itself across the many worlds, giving birth to the true dragons. Massive figures of ultimate power, each represented their species in the primal world. There was Smokehorn, first and last of the great shadow dragons, Bronzehorn, Forger of Worlds, molder of the universes, Rimehorn, mighty conqueror, who sought to control the realms, and finally Magehorn, Originator of magic. They spread their wings across the realms, holding the realms in their grip. Until a mighty hero slew all of the true dragons of the world but two: Smokehorn and Magehorn. Thus, the worlds retained their free will, although it is rumored that the dragons are still out there, waiting for the opportune moment to strike!
Part Two: Crixitov: Origins.
Crixitov started as a tropical world, dominated mostly by vast jungles. Prehistoric animals hunted and were hunted by the earliest humanoid beings, known as the Fungri. They used the fungi of Crixitov to enhance their abilities. As the Fungri evolved, they began to use the fungi so much that they became more fungi than humanoid.
A powerful ruler emerged in the fungri, spreading their power across Crixitov. They conquered all of Crixitov and ruled it for thousands of years. Among the most trusted of the ruler’s high court was the forgotten king, a genius that manufactured machines capable of wondrous things. The ruler trusted the Forgotten king with everything, even their own life. But the forgotten king betrayed his leader, tearing him apart with his armies of machines. The Empire then fell out of power after their death, abandoning the earth to live in floating cities atop the spores of their dead ruler. The fungri used powerful magic to prevent any true technology from ever reaching the world of Crixitov, eventually causing the world's doom… After the Fungri had left, the other species began to grab hold of the world.
It all started with the Urdin, a species of fish-like humanoids. When they evolved, The Unfathomable became aware of the existence of powerful life on the planet and dispatched an avatar to investigate. What it found was the Urdin, beings with a natural affinity for psychic power. The Unfathomable offered them a deal: It would grant the Urdin some of its power for their utter devotion. The Urdin agreed, changing their fate forever.
Even though The Unfathomable gifted them the tiniest bit of their power, it was still too much. The physical strength needed to contain that amount of power was beyond the Urdin, and many of them died horribly from the amount of power they had, burning from the inside out as the power devoured their soul and body. Those who survived were paragons who locked themselves away, fearing their power would destroy the world if unleashed. At the site of the Urdin’s ascension, a new species arose from the remnants of Psychic energy, known as the Undine. The Undine quickly overrun the earth, stretching to the outer reaches of Crixitov. Then, a great cosmological event occurred. From the Urdins prison emerged some of their essence, turning into the wondrous creatures known as spirits.
The spirits marched across Crixitov, spreading their whimsy. The leader of the spirits was a powerful being named Balzeiros. Balzeiros wandered across the realms, spreading happiness wherever they went. Balzeiros created a species in his image. They named this species “The Elves” after the Urdin named the same. Elves were happy for hundreds of years, wandering the Earth with Balzeiros. This happiness, however, did not last. The Night Snake attacked Crixitov, slaughtering millions of spirits, including Balzeiros. This made some of the spirits angry and mistrustful of corporeal species, tormenting them at every opportunity. Eventually, these spirits became the unstoppable force known as demons. Of all the spirits feared, the Demons topped the list.
A powerful spirit named Tarloyle of the Nine Realms saw the massive threat of the Demons and sealed away their leader, the Gargoyle King. Without a capable leader, the demons fell into chaos, eventually all ending up in the same prison as their leader. Without their leader, the spirits saw no reason to remain in the mortal realm, using their powerful magic to rip open a gateway to a realm of their own, leaving behind the Elves and the Dwarves, who chose to watch over the Elves, who lacked the power to defend themselves. Thus began a new empire, the empire of the Dwarves.
Part Three: The Assimilation of Gariget and The Empire of Fools.
After the departure of the spirits, the Elves struggled to survive. Every move of there's was stalked by countless Undine enemies. The Elves needed a way to fight back. The dwarves spied upon the Undine using their shape-changing abilities, finding out their master plans. They planned to use the last remaining demon to transform the Elves into monstrously deformed beings. The Dwarves immediately reported the plan to the Elves, and their survival looked grim. An Elven hero named Gariget stepped forward with a plan to stop the Undine. He and a small group of other warriors would tap into the bestial, untapped power of the Totality. He explained how although this experiment was incredibly risky, it could save the world from destruction. For the last demon had a much bigger plan than to aid the Undine. The last demon planned to use the souls of the Undine to complete a ritual, bringing demons back into the world to wreak havoc again.
Given this dire news from Gariget, the Elves fully supported his mission. Gariget attempted his experiment with fellow warriors and failed utterly. Gariget and the warriors became hideously deformed and mutated, their heads turning into that of wild boars, transforming them into the species of Goblins. The Goblins had witnessed the magnificence of existence given form, giving them the knowledge of how to wield the Totalities vast power. They taught this power to the Elves, naming it “Magick”. The Goblins stormed the city of the Undine, killing many of them. It was only when they arrived upon the last demon that their plan started to go awry.
When the Goblins arrived, the demon was prepared to set them against each other. The last demon convinced the Goblins to betray their Elf brethren by using the force of magic against them. The goblins were deceived by the demon, using the force of magic to seal the elves underground. The dwarves, horrified by the Goblin’s behavior, banished them from spirit kind, forcing them to be eternal wanderers.
Deep underground, the Elves struggled to survive. The only way they survived was by hunting and killing all creatures that they found. They used magic to transform themselves into increasingly bestial creatures, becoming fearsome predators. They dug through Crixitov, building a complex network of tunnels, which came to be known as the Underworld. They created huge cities made of stone, all just to lure in prey to devour alive.
As the Elves grew more bestial below their feet, the Dwarves flourished. With the Elves gone, the Dwarves had nearly the entire planet to themselves. They created a massive sanctum made of gold, a sanctuary to any who needed their protection. The Dwarves sanctum contained the magical knowledge of every culture to have existed, available to all who needed it. The Undine helped built a sprawling metropolis around the sanctum, quickly becoming the capital of the world.
They expanded their empire recklessly, stretching all the way out to the furthest reaches of Crixitov. But a problem arose in the furthest reaches of the kingdom. People were found with the blood, drained out of their bodies, only to walk again a week later. The main effect of this was an uncontrollable bloodlust, only satiated by the taste of humanoid blood. The Dwarves named this condition Vampirism, after the dwarven words for blood “Vamp” and feaster “Ire”.
The Vampiric infection quickly grew out of control in the dwarven kingdom, with many dying to the hordes of Undead. The remaining beings sheltered in the Dwarves’ sanctum, barely clinging to life. The dwarves had a plan to fend off the undead hordes, however. They were building massive war machines, infused with the power of spirits’ souls. They created 20 of these goliaths, each bonded with the soul of a spirit. The Dwarves named these beasts Titans.
The Titans ravaged the vampires, cutting through their hordes in minutes. Within hours, only a few vampires remained.
The titan’s sole purpose was to destroy, their appetite for carnage never satiated. They turned their attention onto the sanctum of their creators, striking it down into oblivion. Only a handful of Dwarves survived that day, plagued by the trauma they witnessed.
The Remaining Dwarves banded together, sealing away the chaotic powers of the titans forever. `But the Titans were not done in this world. They focused all of their energy on creating a new species to carry out their will in the world, creating the beings known as humans.
The goblins approached the humans first, with offerings towards the titan’s powers. They made an alliance with the humans, guaranteeing their safety from what was to come. The humans quickly made their way across the dwarven empire, building a mighty empire of their own. In this empire, they prioritized technology over magic, growing incredibly advanced within a matter of years. But when they expanded into the sky, that was the final straw. A resistance emerged, composed of those who deposed the existence of technology, including the mighty forces of the Fungri. They attacked the cities, burning them to the ground and infecting their residents. The humans would not tolerate this, sending out vast battalions of airships.
Little did the resistance know, however, that the humans had a secret weapon. The humans had found the prison of the demons, and took their leader captive. They performed horrifying experiments on the Gargoyl King, warping his psyche to their nefarious needs. They modified the Gargoyl Kings DNA, making him stronger, larger, and capable of even more destruction. The humans had prepared a day of which they would release the Gargoyl King, which they called THE DAY OF THE GIANT. The day approached quickly, the dark spot on the horizon growing larger. Then it was here. THE DAY OF THE GIANT. The roaring of the adamantine doors rang loud throughout the empire, and what came out of them was horrific. A pulsating mound of red oozing flesh with a million eyes and mouths made up this horrific monstrosity as it lumbered out into the day. The sky blackened with its arrival, and the sun turned a blood red. A massive eye shone brighter than the rest, its socket ablaze with the flames of its prison. 200 massive tentacles reached out from its body, reaching out towards the opposing forces and massacring them. Then, tragedy struck. The technology used to keep THE GIANT under their control was affected by the ancient spell of the Fungri, rendering it completely useless. THE GIANT rampaged across Crixitov, radiating an aura of fire. When it was done, crixitov was nothing but a steaming husk of a world. That day would live down in the history of Crixitov, a day is known as THE GREAT RECKONING.
In the beginning, there was The Unfathomable. A comprehension of the power of this being would break the mind of even the most level-headed being. With a single thought, The Unfathomable created the Totality, a being of immeasurable and unfathomable power, the Totality embodied existence. It created two towers, one red, and one blue. POST TWO (HISTORY): THE BEGINNING

The Beginning of Crixitov
Part One: The Caretakers
In the beginning, there was The Unfathomable. A comprehension of the power of this being would break the mind of even the most level-headed being. With a single thought, The Unfathomable created the Totality, a being of immeasurable and unfathomable power, the Totality embodied existence. It created two towers, one red, and one blue. The blue was made from gemstone, engraved with elaborate golden patterns.
The Blue caretaker did not approve of such needless destruction, after all, The Totality provided everything they ever needed and would ever need.
The Night Snake fused the towers into the two known multiverses: five spheres came into existence dedicated to the force of good (known as the Azure Flames), five spheres dominated by the force of evil (known as the Crimson Sea), and two of true neutrality, thus spawning the twelve Universes.
The Night Serpent was not content to rule over the two multiverses, seeking greater and greater power. They challenged the Totality to a duel for the fate of existence. This epic battle lasted millennia, putting all of the multiverses in grave danger. These battles had serious repercussions across existence, spawning worship of the night snake's power, as well as sects dedicated to enforcing the Totality’s will. Some creatures even spawned trying to enforce the will of both, warping and changing until they became the horrifying force known as aberrations.
