have any tips for makeing fishpepole like locactath?
Never heard of them. I mostly focus on what's in the player's handbook and the monsters that show up most often. However, assuming it it's an aquatic humanoid I would focus on getting the skin tones. There are a handful of fins you can add to models which may go a long way to making it look more aquatic. There are VERY few clothing and weapon options that really seem aquatic (there are like 2 or 3 tridents in their whole library and one is massive and chunky from launch when they couldn't make smaller, more detailed things with their printers).
Focus on the flesh tones. There are skin tones for aquatic creatures. Start there. Look at some real fish. Try to mimic those. Once you have a feel for what those colors should look like you can start to edit and make your own. Pearlescent colors work well for this sort of thing.
You can always use a color wheel to figure out gear and equipment colors that support the flesh color you've taken. It's even easier if you feed an AI the hex code for the colors you're using and ask it for colors that go with that (using the AI as a knowledge base, rather than to build anything for you).
also can you help me if i send you the model make this guy look more dapper becuse ive been hypeing up this bbeg for months and my players have only ever seen him when hes fought them in his less formal and more armoued clothing and hes supposed to be like a RICH dragonborn crimeboss that if anyones curious everyone in the city including even the police basicly help as his whole thing is dragonic supermecy and the city is filled with kobolds and warforged and dragonborn who are basicly consiered timats chosen pepole .the only time hes ever dressed remotly fancy was when they time traveled to kill him but he almost killed all of them.also i kinda am worried that my players will think this isnt fancy enough:https://www.heroforge.com/load_config%3D537209935/
This is mostly the same mini with some color and pose adjustments. The posture was fixed so they stand more regally. Historically, bright shiny colors were more expensive. Colors like purple have been extremely expensive in history (which is why no countries really use any purple in their flag until much more recently ... the cost of putting purple on ALL flags was too high). Specific vibrant shades of green were so sought after by the wealthy that no one seemed to care they were literally made with poison that would slowly kill you if you wore the clothing. On and on that goes. So, bright colors. Not muted brown leathers and dull yellow gold.
I kept the skin of the character the same (if that's the color you want, great! Maybe reduce the roughness to make it look a little less wet). The coat was changed to purple with white highlights (expensive color with hard to keep clean trim, there is also like 60+ years of history with villains wearing purple in comics). The monocle is bright gold, just like the buttons. The staff is decorative and bright with expensive materials. I didn't change any of the clothing selections. I also didn't change the color of the clothing under the coat (other than to add color to a jewel that didn't have any color yet).
Hi, I dunno if you didn't see my ask for a second pass on my character or if you just didn't want to (which is also fine!) but I thought I'd remind you if you hadn't seen it. :D

So sorry! Didn't see it. Scrolling back to look for it. Will try to get to it this week! You're at the top of the list.
guys i need help with this pc pleese all my dm said about this campgain was that everyone gets to have a baby dragon with psyonic powers and that this campgain will possibly be a spelljammer
I really liked the simple design on the first one, I could imagine himself wearing that as something more casual in the Undersea. The fins on his arms and legs are really thick, but I don't know if that's something you can actually change. Thought I'd mention it anyway. The haircut wasn't really fluffy but again I doubt that's something you can fix. The anime proportions in the face make it seem a little alien, if that makes sense? It might be better to keep him realistic if possible.
I really loved the armor and the weapon you gave him in the second pose! It looks very nautical and it's definitely his vibe. I noticed there are some kinds of piercings on the shells, you possibly might be able to fit in the pink accent there? I'm not really sure, I'm certainly no expert.
In the first pose, I really like the fabric around the waist and the shell on the rope, I think that is a great touch. I also liked the green at the tip of the trident, but something leaning more towards a green-blue might look more coherent, yet still stand out in the mini figure. The barnacles are also really cool, but I doubt you'd be able to put that on the armor.
For another pass, if you were to do one, I'd say to keep the armor in the second pose, change the haircut if possible, thin down the fins if possible, make facial proportions more realistic, add barnacles if possible, and, again if possible, add the fabric/rope from the first pose.
I hope this helps! And, in any case, this is absolutely amazing.
* Adjust thickness of fins This isn't something I can adjust. In general, when you see a thick thing what you're generally seeing is a limitation of their 3D printing capabilities. These are all printable, and they need them to not break. Over time additions get smaller and smaller as the printing gets better. But, they're adding in entirely new content rather than spending the hours to make existing content less thick. Comparing the trident (much older) with the bident (much newer) is a solid example of how much more detailed and smaller the printing can be.
* Fluffier hair I'm not really sure what you'd like to see here. Click on "head" on the left side, then click on "hair". Those are the hair options. You can pick any one you enjoy the look of and it should keep the color it already has.
* Move the face of the super anime drawing towards something more realistic. Will do!
* Piercings on shoulder shells made pink Will do!
* Add barnacles Not an option. It's a part of the clothing on that version.
* Add fabric rope from first pose to second. The second link below has this added in.
* There is something you spoke about with the coloration of the bident. The trident has multiple color areas with one area near the tip. That doesn't exist with the bident. However, I can color the inner section differently or the outer section differently. Just let me know what you prefer here.

I threw together a couple quick first drafts during lunch today.
This is most closely related to what you had. This is kind of a kitchen sink situation you've got going on. It's stuff on top of stuff on top of stuff. It's jumbled and overwhelmed with .... stuff. I tried to keep it close to the couple of colors you had there. The beard was colored with what you had on eyebrows. I left the maul as you had it, but I made the fire look much more realistic (still just a first pass though). Fire has a temperature gradient where it moves from white to yellow to orange to red to black. So, the inner parts near the hammer are white, then orange, then red. And, the top parts of those flames are yellow closest to the center, then red then very dark red. You had some orange bits in the armor. I continued that theme. I kept the flaming hair as you had it. I kept the demon eyes as you had it. I left the model fat and balding as you had it. The pose was changed to a roar. The cloth bits along the armor at the shoulders, chest, and boots I used a muted color for and something that would show grime and age. https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=59589763/
This is basically the same mini in the same pose but toned down from 11 to 5. That may not be what you're into. It's got more muted colors. No fantasy fire beard or demon eyes. No magic fire running through the armor or weapon. I moved the hair to a more realistic color but kept a red tinge to give it a fiery look. I dropped a lot of the extra armor pieces (your first version had overlapping sets of pauldrons and ... it was a lot). With less crap covering the face you're able to show more emotion in it. And, with a less busy mini the accent colors stand out a lot more. When something is too busy the eye doesn't know where to look and details get lost. https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=59589804/
This is is the farthest from where it started. It's a modified variant of the second one. This just changes the hair to remove the receding hairline. It adds a hair fade decal and a facial scar decal. It also adds a golden clan insignia decal on the back. It's got a quickly thrown together custom 2 handed pose. https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=59590189/
You asked about making a variant of someone else's min that I put together. I don't feel like I have a say in that. It's 100% fine with me. I don't know if they would object to you making your own copy to modify.

It should look regal and ominous.
Also tomorrow because I’m still finishing them up could you help me improve my plague doctor character and Maby possibly their homebrew subclass ?
