Sorry, I know there are a few posts about different tools, but I really want your recommendations.
I'm kind of new to DDB, and was disappointed by the the lack of a logsheet, and before I spend all the time trying all the different options I wanted to cut through the chance and see what is really recommended.
The best recommendation for now it to wait a bit and see if the new Character Sheet update will provide the sheets and information spaces you are looking for. Also, there is a good chance that WotC will be updated the AL Play structure in the near future and that may have a major impact on log sheets in the future.

I can see that logic, unfortunately as they said on the Origins stream, everything is in pre-production, and they have no idea when the character sheet redesign is going to happen. I'm really wanting to make the jump to traveling light, so waiting for that, and carrying all my MPMB stuff isn't an option. I appreciate the reply though.
AL log sheets are not included in the redesign and will likely come after source white/black listing, which will come after wild shapes, familiars, etc.
Is there a PDF of the recent "2018" version of the Adventure Logsheet available for download. The one with the "Treasure Checkpoints" on it. I can only find the old AL PDFs.

the log sheet on DMGuild is better than the official log sheets imo (there's a few different ones on there)...it's condensed and allows 10 adventures per page. The official log sheet only allows 3 adventures per page, which is a huge waste of paper imo...by the time you're tier 3, you'll have a book of log sheets. :/ The price is a 'suggested $0.50. You can put in whatever value you want, including $0.
