Did you order the physical book and digital edition together as a bundle? Because that’s what is getting released today as an early pre-release perk. If you didn’t order the bundle and only ordered the digital version, then that won’t get released for another 2 weeks I think. In that case you won’t get that email until closer to the actual release date.
I didn’t order anything, and I still got lost caverns free.

Yeah, I realize that. You happened to catch my post in the, like, 40 second window before I edited it to delete what you quoted and replace it with the direct link to claim the module. 😂😂
Hm. Well, it looks like a straightforward conversion of the classic module, which is to say it's a random hole in the ground filled with monsters that might as well have come out of a random dungeon generator.
This one shot is supposed to be available today. Anyone seen a link to it?

The adventure Quests from the Infinite Staircase is available July 16 and can be pre-ordered now.
There’s supposed to be a free streamlined version available today. If you scroll down on that page they are releasing a one shot version today.
I got mine via DDB email today. I would check your email but they almost certainly will be posting an article on it sometime today too.

One of my favorite modules. Mostly for the monster book that came with it though.
