I read that I can create a homebrew subclass based on these sorcerers to allow for the swapping the known spells to the proper spells, but I'm looking for a screenshot to copy these changes. So far I can't find a way to limit the "choice of spell" to the spell school. If anyone has already made a homebrew workaround could they be so kind as to post some pictures. I realize it's "too similar" to the official class so it won't be publishable.

You have to list every eligible spell individually in the “Spell” field. That will create a single dropdown with all of the eligible options from which to choose.
