So some time ago I submitted a homebrew monster (the Cloud Giant Oathguard) and as soon as it was accepted for submission, I realized I had entered an incorrect hit point total. I re-submitted it with the correct total, under the name "Cloud Giant Oathguard 1.1" to differentiate it from the incorrect version there. The incorrect version has since been removed, but the name of the corrected version has remained the same. There doesn't seem to be a link or anything to PM someone to request a change the corrected version back to the original name so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb among the homebrew monster listings, so what would be the best way to request the name be edited back to the original "Cloud Giant Oathguard"?
I think you can contact the support and help (there should be a link at the foot of any page of the website).
If not that, you could make yet another version, change the name to correct it and increase the "version" number (not sure if it was there when you created the first corrected version, but it should now be there for every Homebrew content), that would make it an update of the one with the incorrect name and replace it when approved.

As SK mentioned, the mod team handle the homebrew submission queue and are able to amend these. Usually something like that would have caught my eye, so I probably approved it pre-coffee (never queue without caffeine folks!), we would want version numbers in the field designed for that.
The fastest way to fix anything homebrew is going to be message a mod - doesn't have to be me, as all mods can see the history of the homebrew submission. This reminds me, I need Hartless to code a group PM link that we can put into our signatures.
I swear I looked for the contact button, but just overlooked it down there at the very bottom. I'll know what to do in the future should something similar occur! :)

Moderation of homebrew content is something the moderator team handle (mostly Sorce).
With regards versions, there is a version number field on every homebrew entity for this reason. :)
I have fixed this and edited the name to the correct text.
