I'm replicating the bard subclass called "College of the Maestro." It allows the player to choose two of several options given to them from a class feature. It also allows them to choose more as they level up. How do I do this in homebrew? 

Another issue I'm encountering is the extra use of bardic inspiration. How do I add this?

I fixed it, but what about the extra bardic inspiration use? My apologies for the trouble, I'm just not exactly experienced in homebrew. 

What extra bardic inspiration use? I have no idea to what you are referring.

College of the Maestro gives the player an extra use of bardic inspiration. I was wondering how I would go about adding that?

Use the College of Lore as the Template for Maestro since it already has that feature built in.
