Im trying to replicate the [Pact Weapon] ability as a feat to recreate "The boon of artifact affinity" and I was wondering if anyone knew what to do. Any help is much appreciated.
If you mean the ability to flag a weapon as a pact weapon, you most likely can't as the feature is most likely hardcoded into the warlock class rather than being an option for a subclass.

I don't think that's what they mean. The Boon of Artifact Affinity is a homebrew epic boon ... that to me seems ill conceived or not fully thought through on a number of levels (for instance, "sentient" artifacts that you merge with are treated as charmed by you BUT your personality shifts toward the artifact...). But basically they're looking for a feat that describes them capable of taking one magic item to which they're attuned at "merge" it with their body. All the text is descriptive so all they really need to do is homebrew a feat and transcribe the text of the feat and NOT PUBLISH IT (since it's not original work). It doesn't do anything mechanically to any actions, but allows for the PC to use an action to some "pact of the blade" type stuff as far as summoning it to your hand, etc. It's a descriptive feat.

Hey, couple years late to the thread but I figured out how to add Pact of the Blade to another class.
All you have to do is copy the ability, essentially. Make a class feature named "Pact Boon", you can put anything in the description. Mark it as having options, and then add an option called "Pact of the Blade", again with anything in the description, and that's it. You should have the pact weapon tick-box on weapons now, and the really cool part- you can add the Pact Boon ability at any level and it still works. Tested this on Cleric, but I don't see why it wouldn't work on other classes.
I found out about this because I'm trying to MacGyver together an entire class, specifically the Death Knight class over on D&D Wiki. They get what is essentially a pact + hexblade weapon at level 1. I feel like I have an interesting challenge ahead of me, but initial testing seems very promising.

Cool, good to know. One can also do the same with the Hexblade's Hex Warrior feature (sans proficiencies which must be added manually), and the Eldritch Knight's version of the Spellcasting feature (description table not included) too. But that hack only works when done as subclass features, not as a feat, which was the original question. Still really cool to know though. I wonder if it works with the Eldritch Invocations or the Battle Master's "Maneuvers" features too....
Yeah my bad, I didn't read that it was for a feat, was just excited about figuring that out last night and wanted to share it. I feel like it should work for any class feature that is 'hard coded', which seems like it opens up a lot of opportunities.

I can appreciate your enthusiasm, I share it. It cool too. If you find any other features it works for please lemme know!
I have been trying to replicate this in every way described here to no avail.
I have a 5.5e Paladin I want to take the Pact of the Blade invocation via the Eldritch Adept feat. I tried making a feat to give the Pact option tick box, that didn't work. I tried doing what you said here to a T, making it a Class Feature in their Oath of Vengeance subclass, that didn't work. Both options in conjunction didn't yield results either. I unselected everything from the character builder and reselected it after, nothing.
Update: I made a lot of adjustments in a quick time period, and sometimes D&D Beyond is a little slow to bring the changes onto the character builder. I switched my Paladin Oath to Devotion, and then back to Vengeance, and that seemed to be the final trick so I am seeing the Pact tick box now. Also to note though, I added these two Modifiers within the Class Feature Options tab:
With the change to 2024 rules, I'm running into an issue with making a pact weapon. Maybe someone can point me in the correct direction. I can't seem to find class feature as a homebrew type of thing. I found the enable feature and replace weapon ability in the feat but it doesn't seem to work. Where do/how do I make a class feature?

The D&D Beyond homebrew system doesn't support making homebrew class features. You can make a homebrew subclass and add whatever subclass features you want to it.
However, I'm curious to hear more about what exactly you're trying to do, because "making a pact weapon" doesn't seem like something that a homebrew class feature would do.
