I'm currently working on a chain-feat for my homebrew world, I've given it the following modifiers, but when applying it to a test character with say, a 20 constitution, it will not increase it above 20, to a maximum of 22. By this I mean the dropdown box doesn't give me the option to increase it further, but logically it should, at a bit of a loss here.
You need to list an ability for the Ability score Maximum and the “Bonus” modifier cannot possibly increase a score above 20, you need the “Stacking Bonus” modifier for that.
Hi,

I would like some help, anything is appreciated.

So thanks to your note I managed to figure it out to some degree, doubling up on ability score maximum increases for both STR and CON seemed to work.

Stacking bonus doesn't come with the option to choose between the two, which means it would apply a static bonus, at least as I was reading it.
Here's what I did for anyone needing this kind of assistance later.
To truly make it work correctly you would need to create it as two feats, one for Str and one for Con and use the Stacking Bonus Modifier.

Nope, it actually works as it shows now. Thought I can't add the ASM to the last two feats otherwise the stats can break very fast.
