I've been searching the forums for details on all the modifiers with magic items and haven't been able to find an explanation for everything. So I'd like to know what all of them do just for the sake of being able to create proper magic items. I'm sure that it's a lot of information, but I think it would be really helpful to the community to have all the details on modifiers. It doesn't even have to be all at once just one by one until every modifier is explained. I think it would be simple to just start at explaining "Bonus - Ability Check" then go down from there.
Thank you, but that isn't what I'm asking for. It's not the general "how to make a magic item" but just the specific details on what the modifiers do. There's so many and I don't understand what all of them do.

There is no comprehensive list at the current time, at least not one available to the public.

Maybe this can help. Design Workshop: Magic Items - Posts - D&D Beyond (dndbeyond.com)
(Modifier: Bonus—>Subtype: Ability Checks—>Fixed Value: X): That modifier adds a static bonus to all Ability Checks the PC makes.
