Constitution score increase not working on Homebrewing subrace

I am attempting to input a subrace with a +2 to constitution and it doesnt seem to work, despite working on a different subrace using STR and DEX

Wait for it for 5 - 20 mins it takes a while thats the correct format. Also maybe set it to granted feature for the subrace.
