It will be a few weeks (if not months) before I am really apt with the creation system of Homebrew. What I hope to pull out in this forum is the FUTURES possible from creators work done using D&D Beyond creation tool...

•   Intellectual properties   As Comic Book writers/ Artist found a few decades, their liberties ended the moment published by their employer. (Building empires for the bored & beneficent for pennies on the barrelhead.

• creator owned  Using the homebrew tool does end your right to reproduce elsewhere? (If not I am going to shout from the rooftops that I am a false prophet & D&D is actually a pretty well handled resource for humanity currently.

• Production of sample/prototyping before release Does having your idea in even it's base form in the tool here give any validity for providing a time table for the creation of said idea, should another set of eyes begin to capitolize on the fresh dish of your hard fraught nightmares?

As to your final question, there is no “prototyping” possible, it’s either unpublished and you can keep editing but others cannot use it and can only see it under very specific circumstances, or else it is published for all the world to see and use, but you can no longer edit it.
