edit: Seems I had to delete the class and re-add it and then add the subclass again.
Trying to create a feat that has Hover with 10ft speed, but I cannot find Hover for the life me.
There isn't a specific Hover speed, you use Fly speed with the Details "(Hover)"
Air Elemental is one type of creature with a Fly speed that can hover.

A Flying speed with Hover is one of those things intended more for Monsters than PCs.

Technically speaking it isn’t really necessary, flying PCs can basically already hover RAW anyway.
