No. Not at this time unless things change when WOTC finishes their business deals with this site. Even then it would have to be things from their current edition more than likely.
I am very much in favour of allowing non-SRD content; I've submitted feature requests to that effect but currently have no idea how to find them (the old zendesk site is gone and I'm not sure if the requests are still accessible or not, I can't seem to find mine), the two basic ideas are:
Allow non-SRD content, but prevent the homebrew from being added to the collection of a user if they do not have the required content (ideally letting them know what exactly is required, and giving them quick options for obtaining it).
Allow Spell section entries that contain a mixture of SRD and non-SRD spells; this would allow us to build homebrew with a choice between our preferred (non-SRD) spells and fallback (SRD) spells. Currently offering such an option prevents the homebrew from being published, even though there is a choice that satisfies the SRD only requirement.
Personally I'd like to see both added, but the second is probably the simplest path and gives us a way to workaround the limitations ourselves as content creators; I've often found that homebrew I want to make public has to make a lot of compromises on its spell list.
Currently our own workaround is to add SRD spells for our sub-class (prepared) spell lists, then add any non-SRD spells we want into an additional spell list, which lets players choose those spells for themselves. Thanks to naruhoodie for originally pointing me towards this workaround, it's made such a big difference for me.
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.

Like the Title says do you think we should be able to publish homebrew that contains content from official sources beyond SRD/Basic Rules.
If I can't say something nice, I try to not say anything at all. So if I suddenly stop participating in a topic that's probably why.

You can already publish content that contains spells from the EEPC as well as the Basic Rules & SRD.
