I'm not clear on whether this is Kosher or not. I purchased several game settings/campaigns/monster lists from various 3rd parties. I have all the pdfs that I have legally paid for and downloaded. I like to use the DnDBeyond character sheet and encounter maker apps at the table when I run games. I'm wondering if it's Kosher to make "Homebrew" by copying monsters etc. from the pdfs I bought into Homebrew for personal use? So the monsters etc. in the materials I have paid for can show up in the encounter generator and character generator in the DNDBeyond apps?

Absolutely you are allowed to do that, just as long as you don’t share any of them with the comunity.
