You can't automatically set the correct modifiers, but you could still describe the effect in text and rely on the player to customise their attack(s) to the correct values on the sheet. You could also maybe use snippet codes in the feature's snippet as a reminder, for example:
Your modifier for weapon attacks is {{modifier:dex, wis}} (Dexterity), {{modifier:str, wis}} (Strength) or {{modifier:dex, str, wis}} (finesse).

I am trying to make a cleric subclass that uses Wis for its weapon attacks like a hex also warlock. How do I do this?
You cannot.

well the hexblade warlock did it so it has to be in the code somehow
You can only make it use Cha, just like the Hexblade, and only by adding a class feature named “Hex Warrior.” You cannot make it use Wis.

Ok then
How do you do that for the cha then?
As I stated in my last post, you create a subclass feature named “Hex Warrior.”
