I'm trying to make a magical item that gives +10 walking speed and then add a flying speed that is equal to The characters current walking speed. What modifiers should I make to do this and how?

• Modifier: Set->Subtype: Innate Speed (Flying)

Greetings Sposta. I am trying to do something similar, where the magic item increases walking speed by 10 ft, and gives a flight speed of 30 feet. I can get the walking speed increase, but I am unable to set up the flight. I can find

• Modifier: Setbase->subtype: Only gives me senses
• Modifier: Bonus->subtype: flightspeed->Fixed Value: 30

But no innate speed (flying). Any wisdom you can share would be appreciated.
