I am attempting to add Turn Undead to a homebrew weapon, but when I hit "add spell" I do not see the spell as an option. I added a homebrew version of the spell to my collection, but it still does not appear on the list. Any advice would be appreciated!

You can only add either “free content” spells (from the Basic Rules or EEPC), or homebrewed spells you have created to other homebrews.

You can also add spells you have purchased access to, so if you buy that spell from the website you could add it then.
