How do I decrease a races health, I have a homebrew race and I'm trying to make them not the best damage taker, but I have no idea how to.
Your class Hit Dice determines how much health you have, not your race.
I don't know if you could give your race a minus to Constitution though.
You would add the he following Modifier:
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: HP per Level->Fixed Value: -X
I wouldn’t make X any higher than 1 or else it’ll be too much.
