I'm making a race which is basically just Ratfolk and I want them to have be able to add their proficiency bonus to initiative rolls, is there any way to implement this with the homebrew tools on D&D Beyond?
After you add that Modifier you MUST re-save the entire feat using the man [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information or the system will not pick up the Modifier.

Thank you!
Trying to add this to a feat and it is not working. Bonus>Initiative>Addition Bonus Type=Prof Bonus.
Adding this feat to a character does NOT change the Initiative.

I have tried this for a feat including the save changes and it doesn't work.
EDIT - I got it to work with the following procedure:
1. the feat needs to be made from scratch AND before the character is made for some reason
2. Add a modifier
3. Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Initiative->Fixed Value: 0->Additional Bonus Type: Proficiency Bonus
4. Save
5. Save changes (under the basic information)
6. Then create the character and add feat
