Heya I wanted to make an altered version of Phantom subclass cause It felt personally lacking so I wanted to add more things to be as great as other classes, so I was wondering if I could have someone that has the subclass bought potentially make it for me as I describe what id like to add/change then publish it so I could add it too my collection? 

I dont have the subclass so trying to make it from scratch is pretty tough, especially the "Wails from the Grave" part where I gotta make it so its dice amount is half the sneak attacks dice amount. I dont know how to do that so i wanted someone to maybe use it as a base that has it so the code sequence is already there and all.

Nobody can make it for you because if they did, you wouldn’t be able to access it since that person wouldn’t be allowed to publish the subclass. You can purchase access to that subclass for $1.99 from Tasha’s Cauldron: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace/sourcebooks/tashas-cauldron-of-everything). Then you will be able to use it as a template and add whatever you want to it.

yeah I realize that but at the same time someone else was able to upload to cause I saw it when looking through homebrew subclasses? ill have to get the subclass sometime though so I can manually change it myself and ik I cant publish it but I could use it myself though at least. If someone else uploaded it they broke the rules and it will be taken down sooner or later and the person will be told off.
