I have been searching through different homebrew using the advanced search settings and have some questions about rating threshold. 
1.  How is rating threshold figured? I have seen the up and down arrows for each homebrew once selected 

2 if I want to find hombrew with a rating between 4 and 7 or just one specific rating is there a way to do that?

3. I have 2 items i recently submitted. Is there any easy way to tell if anyone has viewed or up/down voted it, short of searching by name and each rating threshold?
 (Wanted poster post v1.1  and life alert guard badge if interested. For dungeon masters or for artificers to sell to towns.)

1. The threshold is the minimum rating you will see.
2. No.
3. Search the magic items by your username, it’ll show everything in that category of homebrews that you’ve published, and show you the rating, number of views, and number of adds.
