When i create a homebrew race and add a granted racial trait, which give you an option to choose a  4 types of race, the one type has a feat choose modifier and ability score, but in character builder shows only an ability score choose. When i'm trying to add a feat choose without an option type choose, like a variant human feat choose, it works without a trouble, but i need to add a feat choose only to one type of race, is it possible?

Unfortunately not the way you’re doing it, no. That Modifier only works on racial traits, not on Options attached to racial traits. You would have to disassemble the Options and recreate them as subraces to the main race. Then you could attach that Modifier to a trait for one of the subraces.
