I have looked at a bunch of stuff that I just can't understand or get a simple yes/no answer from on this, so I hope I can cheat and get it here. I have two questions:
-For people who publish content on dnd beyond (creatures, spells, ect), and it is accepted...does that mean it falls under the rules of the SRD and OGL?
-If something is published to the public on dnd beyond, are the creators able to take that and publish it elsewhere?
Basically: if I made a creature that dnd beyond accepted, am I able to use that in my own publishing of a book like a module or sourcebook?
Thank you for responding so quickly! So, published on here it is no longer mine.; it belongs to DnD Beyond and wizards now. Nonpublished content is still mine but can be used in the character builder and such.
Is there any route that you know of that I COULD use to be able to use something I have published? Only wanting the one creature, but still: are there unseen hoops I could attempt to jump through to get license or permission to use the creature I created?
Now that I don’t know for sure. I mean, if you publish something somewhere else you could always include a link to it here, but you couldn’t republish it elsewhere.

The answer to both questions is “no.”
DDB has its own separate licensing agreement from the OGL and we can publish things here we could not normally publish elsewhere under the SRD & OGL.
If you publish something here you cannot publish it anywhere else.
