I understand staff are probably busy. But my homebrew Race, Kipir, has been in moderation for over a week. I only want to know how long it usually takes. Again, I understand if it takes awhile. Just want to know what to expect.
Also, can I edit my race without losing it's place in the queue? After waiting more than a week in queue, I am understandably wary about losing my spot and taking even longer to get it released.
currently the moderation queue is around 5-6 weeks. This is not deemed to be acceptable, so work is underway to improve the system. We are hopeful that this work will be complete sometime this month.
With the way the queue works currently, editing your homebrew will reset its position in the queue, however, we'd much rather than you edit the homebrew while it is in the queue, rather than wait for it to be approved, then submit an update.
Understood, thank you very much for the prompt response and succinct information. I will adhere to your preference and make the necessary edits before approval. Thank you again.
Just as a note, 5-6 weeks is not accurate. Current waiting time is over 8 weeks.

Yup, I made the mistake of resetting one of my items, thinking that it would refresh it for them. Overall, it has been close if not more than 8 weeks altogether. Granted they have a lot on their plate.
We're just waiting on changes to the homebrew system to complete development - I understand that there have been some delays due to unforeseen complexity and a need to deal with some uh ..... secret new stuff we're not allowed to talk about right now. :)
