I'm running a campaign that has several monsters that have been homebrewed by my brother. Content sharing is active so I should be able to access all his creations but I don't know where to view them or how to add them to VTT for my other players to see. Do I need to somehow add his content to my Homebrew library or is there another way we're missing?
Content sharing is different than homebrew sharing. You don't need to have content sharing turned on to share homebrew with people in the same campaign.
That being said, the little bit I've looked into it homebrew monsters are not shared like all other forms of homebrew. You will need to add them to your collection for you to access them in the encounter builder or maps. To do this you'll need:
The direct link to the homebrew. Your brother can just send you the URL.
At least a Hero tier subscription. Just like adding community published homebrew, you need that subscription to add unpublished homebrew. If you share a campaign with your brother you will be able to view it and thus can add it.
