Yes, the cantrip would be Charisma based, I will add that detail
If you select a Cantrip that uses an attack roll the Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. If you select a Cantrip that requires a saving throw, the Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier.
You can simply say it uses the Charisma as the spellcasting ability for the spells. The rest is already covered by normal spellcasting rules.

All spells are tied to a "spellcasting ability" this is the ability you use for determining spell attack bonuses and spell save DCs. Racial traits, feats and so on that grant the use of spells will mention that you use an ability as a "spellcasting ability".
So to keep with this if your feat is granting spells that will be using Charisma for determining spell attack bonuses and spell save DCs where necessary then you can simply say "Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells."
See traits like those for Drow or Tieflings or feats like Magic Initiate:
Drow Magic
You know the dancing lights cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the faerie fire spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the darkness spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Infernal Legacy
You know the thaumaturgy cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the hellish rebuke spell as a 2nd-level spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the darkness spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Magic Initiate (Warlock)
In addition, choose one 1st-level spell from the warlock's spell list. You learn that spell and can cast it at its lowest level. Once you cast it, you must finish a long rest before you can cast it again using this feat.
Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Well first, I think you should drop the ASI, it's too powerful a feat with it as is. If you do keep it, you should stick with official patrons (fey-dex, cellestial-wis, fiend-cha, old one-int, hexblade-str, undying-con).
Rearange the wording so they choose the guaranteed invocation first (I recommend forcing a non-prerequisite). Then have them choose cantrip or second invocation. It flows better.
You form a minor pact with an otherworldy being. Choose a Patron from the Warlock class. You gain the following benefits:
Increase an ability score by 1, to a maximum of 20 based on the table below.
Patron
ASI
The Archfey
DEX
The Celestial
WIS
The Fiend
CHA
The Ghost in the Machine
INT
The Great Old One
WIS
The Hexblade
STR
The Raven Queen
CON
The Seeker
INT
The Undying
CON
You are granted abilities by your Patron, select one Eldritch Invocation, you must meet any prerequisite should your choice have one. You also learn either 1 Warlock Cantrip or 1 Eldritch Invocation that has no prerequisite.
You can only select this feat once. Charisma is your spellcasting ability.
Hi all, looking for feedback on this feat.

Also, if anyone can tell me how to add the modifier so you can select which ASI you get that would be great.
I believe you need to make it an option. I think a charisma prerequisite makes a lot of sense; is the warlock cantrip charisma based?
