Question- not real tryed doing homebrew subclass before. Is there a way to change class feature. Example take the Claric turn on dead ,to say turn fiend/demon on cleric ?
No. It isn't possible for a subclass feature to remove or change an existing main class feature. What you can do is make a text-only feature that says something like "when you use your channel divinity for Turn Undead you can now also use the feature on Fiends as well as Undead").

You'd duplicate the subclass, and edit the part you need edited.
They're trying to edit a Main Class feature not a SubClass feature, specifically the Cleric's main feature Turn Undead. As I mentioned, it is not possible to do this.
